Luneng Taishan switch group

Luneng Taishan Switch Group (formerly Tai 'an High Voltage Kai Guanchang) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Luneng Taishan Cable Electric Appliance Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Shandong Electric Power Group. It is a professional manufacturer of high-voltage and medium-voltage power transmission and transformation switchgear in China, a key high-tech enterprise in the National Torch Program, a top 50 enterprise in the machinery industry in Shandong Province for six consecutive years, a top ten economic pillar enterprise in Tai 'an City, and a spiritual civilization unit in Shandong Province.

The Group is located in Tai 'an High-tech Industrial Development Zone, with a workshop area of 236,000 square meters and total assets of 360 million yuan. Specializing in the production of high-voltage switches and complete sets of equipment with six voltage levels of 252 kV and below. It has a complete set of processing and advanced testing equipment for producing and testing high-voltage electrical appliances of 252KV and below, including imported processing centers, flexible processing lines, CNC punching machines, lathes, shearing machines, bending machines and other advanced processing equipment and 550KV withstand voltage equipment. Adopting advanced computer management system and widely applying CAD technology, a strict and effective quality assurance system has been established, which has laid a solid foundation for the continuous and stable improvement of product quality. On 1997, the group successfully passed the ISO900 1 quality system certification.

ZF- 126 SF6 insulated totally enclosed combined electrical appliance (GIS) uses SF6 gas as insulation and arc extinguishing medium, which is a complete set of power transmission and distribution equipment integrating circuit breakers, disconnectors, grounding switches, current-voltage transformers, lightning arresters, enclosed buses, inlet and outlet bushings or cable terminals. ZF- 126 fully enclosed combined electrical apparatus produced by our group is the main bus box, and other components are of three-phase box structure, which is suitable for three-phase AC 50Hz and 126KV power transmission and distribution systems. Among them, the circuit breaker adopts the principle of self-energy arc extinguishing, which has small operating work and excellent breaking performance. Equipped with CT26 spring operating mechanism, the structure is compact and the floor space is small. The product has passed the complete set of type tests at KEMA test station in the Netherlands, and obtained five test certificates.
