The practice of peanut candy
1. Put the peanuts in the oven. 180 Put the peanuts on high fire for 20 minutes. Every oven has a different temper.
2. Peel peanuts in a cool place.
Put it in a meat grinder or food processor, not too broken, according to your own taste.
You can also crush it with a rolling pin.
Add sugar to the pot, turn on a small fire (induction cooker 800) and stir the chopsticks constantly. When the sugar melts, it will start to form small pieces, which is no problem.
When there is too much saccharification, turn on the minimum fire (I use millet below 400w, and the 99th gear can accurately control the fire, as long as 299 yuan), and stir with chopsticks until all the sugar is melted.
Add maltose and continue stirring.
Maltose also melts completely.
Pour peanuts in
Stir with another shovel.
Stir until it is completely wrapped.
Take out the oil drain paper
Try to make it square.
