However, all wonderful theories and wisdom systems, as a medical guide to life, may not inspire people to become sages and Buddhists, but they can achieve openness and infiltration, and guide personality to become humble, harmonious and very powerful in daily practice and understanding of ordinary things. The so-called self-seeking, self-returning, and finally real freedom. Therefore, Elder Jinghui initiated "Zen of Life", and Master Mingying vigorously promoted Yaoshan Buddhism and "Zen of Life". Although I have only a smattering of the essence of "life Zen", such as Bodhisattva, Prajna and Taoist meditation. Such as "the feeling of kindness and kindness, pure and restrained words and deeds, gentle and patient attitude" and other "six bodhisattva personalities" have practical reference significance. The rest, such as "no matter how big or small the past crimes are, no matter how big or small the future crimes are", "If you work harder, you will ask less of others" and so on. It is also thought-provoking to quote Teacher Fan's words of "turning over a new leaf" and "repaying kindness with kindness".

One is to find the stars and the moon tonight, and the other is to find Xixi. In the cold but not bright front square and lakeside lawn of Zen Temple, I looked up at the stars and galaxies that could never be named. This group of nebulae formed a brilliant sky, and suddenly it occurred to one person that stargazing is also a kind of Zen state.

The third day. After meditation and early fasting, fellow monks began to clean up various parts of the temple, including Kannonji who passed lanterns last night. Although I don't remember the first year, I still don't remember the Heart Sutra, and I know a little about the scriptures and answers that Brother Yong asked last night. "I didn't get a heart yesterday, I didn't get a heart today, and I won't get a heart in the future." But when I think that this is a Buddhist practice, my subordinates and my heart are naturally respectful. I also think that as we start to adapt to the life in the Zen temple, we will leave soon.

When we reached the top of the mountain, we saw the surrounding mountains and the air was very good. In the middle of this flat yellow mud of tens of square meters, it is the incarnation tower of Zen master Wei Yanyan. Only six or seven meters high, the tower is broken and slightly collapsed, which is not as good as the Huangxing monument seen in Yuelu Mountain, and the scale is comparable to that of the Sui Buddha Pagoda. Men and women followed the monks and nuns to pay homage, recite scriptures and hold ceremonies, thanking the Zen master for his kindness and great wishes. Fortunately, in May next year, the avatar tower will be renovated. The new tower is about18m high and magnificent, including the establishment and expansion of Zhu Lin Buddhist Temple and the establishment of the international Zen exchange center. This is also the joint efforts of Master Ming Ying's initiation, leadership and local government support. This is indeed a great achievement worthy of admiration.

One line is missing, that is, going down to the nearby Yaoshan Old Temple. This is the "Yaoshan Ciyun Lecture Hall", which is different from the Tang architectural style of Chikulin Temple. The front of the lecture hall is open and there is no door. There are only elegant blue-gray columns and plaques, and there are no walls on the other three sides, only half-high screens cover them. There is nothing in the lecture hall except some benches and chairs. In the middle of the background is a picture of Jing Hui, the elder of Bailin Temple in Zhao County, Hebei Province, giving a lecture. Ink is "make good use of his heart and be kind to everything".

In the second half, he walked along the reservoir and in the bamboo forest. Along the way, he felt that he had just walked, worshipped the mountain, had a rest and worshipped the Buddha. In all places, he completed a long worship ceremony. Apart from sincerity and gratitude, his face is slightly pale, full of joy and relaxation.

Buddhist ceremony is a convenient practice, which does not require much of us. After noon, 1: 00 15: 00 is the conversion ceremony of this life meditation trip, which was held in Guanyin Hall. Twelve people were converted. In order to witness Zhu Xianchun's conversion and related ceremonies, Teacher Gao, Xixi and Xiaojun went to the temple to watch and attend the Buddha worship ceremony. Believers who convert should abide by the five commandments: no killing, no lying, no stealing, no fornication and no drinking.

Everyone adheres to the five commandments or some commandments according to their own motives and abilities. Although the precepts are strict, they are flexible. I watched it again, but I didn't have enough thoughts to change it.

If you really want to, it is ready, with a sense of abandonment, determination and unity. When he came back, he asked Zhu Xianchun's French name "Aunt Yao". This is really a good name, with a bright heart, honesty and determination.

At half past two in the afternoon, it's finally time to prepare tea. We moved mats from Kannonji, and a master prepared tea, incense and snacks. Master Ming Ying and Master Monk are seated, with men and women on both sides. Let's start with the sound of Xixi's piano. Let's sum up and ask questions about this meditation. Master Ming Ying is familiar with the traditional wisdom of Confucianism, Buddhism, Taoism and Western philosophy, such as Laozi, Zhuangzi, Confucius and Mencius, Buddha and Dharma, and extends to the forefront of contemporary thought. With a broad and harmonious cognitive system, he sincerely and patiently answered questions one by one. From the complexity of life, the ultimate goal of life, to daily practice, and then to the response to common trivial matters, in short, cherish this life, cherish rare people, cultivate their own personality, and get the ultimate harmony and freedom.
