Nanjing specialty Yuhua tea is also one of the top ten famous teas in China. Yuhua tea mainly grows in the suburbs of Nanjing, and has strict requirements on raw material selection and technological operation. Nanjing dried salted duck

Because its meat is tender and firm, like a plate, it is named dried salted duck. The production technology of Nanjing salted duck has a history of more than 600 years. During the exchange of visits, court officials gave each other salted ducks as gifts, so they were also called "official salted ducks". It is a favorite dish of Jinling people, so it has the reputation of "Six Dynasties Style Cuisine" and "Hundred Taste Excellent Cuisine". Salted duck is full of color and flavor, full of amateurs, fat and white, tender and tight meat, and endless crisp fragrance.
