Physical examination standards for military academies admissions

1. Surgery

(1) Those whose length and weight are below the following standards are disqualified:

① Male: Length 162 cm, weight 50 kg.

②Female: Length 158 cm, weight 45 kg.

③When recruiting students who are recent junior high school graduates, males: length 160 cm, weight 47 kg; females: length 154 cm, weight 43 kg. If you are too obese (more than 25% of the standard weight), you will not be qualified.

(2) Skull defects, fractures, obvious depressions, retained foreign bodies in the skull, and post-traumatic brain syndrome are disqualified.

(3) Neck stiffness, torticollis, grade III simple goiter, tuberculous lymphadenitis, unqualified.

(4) Bone, joint, bursa, tendon sheath disease or injury and its sequelae, habitual dislocation, chronic spinal disease, chronic low back and leg pain, unqualified. Mild thoracic deformity, simple fracture, good reduction after healing, no functional impairment, no sequelae, qualified.

(5) The length of the two lower limbs is unequal by more than 1 cm, the distance between the medial condyle of the femur in genu varus and the distance between the medial malleolus of the tibia in genu valgus exceeds 6 cm, or the gait is abnormal and the candidate is unqualified.

(6) Those with mutilated or deformed fingers (toes) that affect their function, flat feet, corns or calluses that affect long-distance walking, or severe chapped disease are disqualified.

(7) Benign tumors and scars that affect function are unqualified.

(8) Various vasculitis, aneurysm, severe lower limb varicose veins, severe varicocele (command major students with moderate lower limb varicose veins and varicocele) are unqualified.

(9) Have a history of surgery on major organs in the chest or abdomen, or surgery on non-major organs but accompanied by damage to major organs or other sequelae, various types of hernia, prolapse, anal fistula, and annular hemorrhoids , mixed hemorrhoids and often art schools.

(10) Diseases or injuries such as inflammation of the genitourinary system, tuberculosis, stones, tumors and their sequelae, malformation or underdevelopment of reproductive organs that affect function, cryptorchidism, etc., are unqualified.

Mild non-communicating spermatic hydrocele (less than 1/2 of the unaffected testicle) and testicular hydrocele (less than 1/2 of the unaffected testicle) without subjective symptoms, without tenderness , Small nodules in the spermatic cord and epididymis without subjective symptoms are qualified.

Communicating hydrocele, more than half a year after cryptorchidism surgery, no sequelae, qualified.

(11) Underarm odor, tinea capitis, generalized tinea corporis, severe tinea corporis of hands, feet, and onychomycosis, scabies, psoriasis, lupus erythematosus, scleroderma, chronic eczema, chronic measles, neurotic Dermatitis, close contact history with infectious leprosy patients (living together), and other infectious or difficult-to-treat skin diseases are not qualified.

Vitiligo, scars, melanin nevus, pigmentation, hemangioma, etc. that cover a large area or affect the appearance are not qualified. The following conditions are eligible:

① Tinea cruris, tinea versicolor, acne vulgaris, and chilblains.

② Mild armpit odor (limited to land service trainees).

③ Localized neurodermatitis (no more than 3 cm in diameter), isolated and scattered vitiligo (limited to non-exposed parts in summer clothes).

(12) Syphilis, gonorrhea, chancroid, lymphogranuloma venereum, non-gonococcal urethritis, genital warts,

AIDS and virus carriers are not qualified.

2. Internal Medicine

(13) If the blood pressure exceeds the following range, it is unqualified.

Systolic blood pressure: 12.8-18.7 kPa (96-140 mmHg);

Diastolic blood pressure: 8.0-11.5 kPa (60-86 mmHg).

(14) Rheumatism, heart disease, and vascular disease are unqualified.

Systolic murmur, each valve auscultation does not exceed level two; arrhythmia, if confirmed by electrocardiogram or other special examination, is physiological, qualified.

Heart rate: between 60 and 100 beats per minute, or between 50 and 60 beats. After cardiac function test, it is indeed physiological and qualified.

(15) Chronic bronchitis, bronchiectasis, bronchial asthma, tuberculosis, tuberculous pleurisy and other chronic respiratory diseases are unqualified.

The following conditions qualify:

① Isolated and scattered calcification points, no more than 3 in the lung fields on both sides, no more than 4 in the lung hilum on both sides, or both lung fields and hilum at the same time There are no more than 5 calcifications, and the diameter of any calcification point is no more than 0.5 cm. The density is high, the edges are clear, and there is no infiltration around it.

② The hilar shadow is slightly enlarged, or the lung markings are slightly enhanced. There is no respiratory history and no subjective symptoms.

③ The intercostal septal angle on one side was slightly blunted, and there was no history of heart, lung, or chest disease, and no subjective symptoms.

(16) Chronic diseases of the stomach, bile duct, gallbladder, liver, spleen, and pancreas, chronic bacillary dysentery, chronic enteritis, and visceroptosis are unqualified.

The following conditions are qualified:

① Supine position, breathing calmly, palpable liver no more than 1 cm below the costal margin at the right midclavicular line (no more than 2 cm below the xiphoid process), quality Soft, thin-edged, smooth, no tenderness, no anemia, good nutritional status.

②Those who suffered from hepatitis A virus five years ago and have not recurred after being cured and have no symptoms or signs.

③Those who have had spleen enlargement caused by malaria, schistosomiasis or kala-azar in the past, no more than 1 cm under the left rib, no subjective symptoms, no anemia, and good nutritional status.

④The liver and spleen are touched at the same time, and the above two items ①③ are met, and the Lu Qin trainee is qualified.

⑤ Bacillary dysentery is cured for more than one year.

(17) For liver function and hepatitis B surface antigen tests, those with any of the following conditions will be disqualified.

①Alanine aminotransferase Rei's method is more than 40 units.

②Alanine aminotransferase Wright's method is more than 25 units, accompanied by a positive thymol turbidity test, or an abnormality in other liver function tests.

③Those who test positive for hepatitis B surface antigen.

(18) Urology, blood and hematopoietic system, endocrine and metabolic system, connective tissue diseases, unqualified.

(19) Hookworm disease (accompanied by anemia), chronic malaria, schistosomiasis, kala-azar, amoebic dysentery, and filariasis are unqualified.

Filariasis has been cured for more than half a year, and malaria, kala-azar, schistosomiasis, amoebic malaria, leptospirosis, and epidemic hemorrhagic fever have been cured for more than two years. There are no sequelae. The body is in good condition and can bear heavy loads. Physical labor, qualified.

(20) Those with a history of epilepsy, mental illness, sleepwalking, syncope, neurosis, hysteria, or enuresis are unqualified.

Having no enuresis after the age of thirteen and no other psychological disorders, you are qualified.

(21) Central and peripheral nervous system diseases and their sequelae, unqualified.

(22) Stuttering that affects normal expression is unqualified.

3. Otolaryngology

(23) Hearing, whispering less than 5 meters on each side, unqualified.

(24) Obvious auricular deformity, recurrent inflamed preauricular fistula, eczema of the auricle and external auditory canal, severe otomycosis (involving the tympanic membrane or frequent subjective symptoms such as tinnitus and hard of hearing), are unqualified.

Mild otomycosis will disqualify surface ship and submarine cadets.

(25) Tympanic membrane perforation, suppurative otitis media, mastoiditis and other ear diseases that are difficult to cure are not qualified.

Tympanic membrane invagination, tympanic membrane adhesions, atrophy, scarring, and calcareous deposition are qualified for land crew, surface ship, and tank trainees. If the tympanic membrane is slightly inverted, if the tympanic membrane is adhesions, atrophic, scarred or calcareous, it does not exceed one-third of the tympanic membrane, and if the ear pressure function and tympanic membrane movement are good, the submarine trainee is qualified.

(26) Vertigo, severe motion sickness, seasickness, airsickness, unqualified.

(27) Chronic paranasal sinusitis. Severe hypertrophic rhinitis, nasal polyps and other chronic nasal diseases that are difficult to cure, and nasal deformities are not qualified.

Those with middle turbinate hypertrophy that does not affect accessory sinus drainage, a small amount of mucopurulent secretions in the middle nasal passages without conscious symptoms, mild atrophic or hypertrophic rhinitis, and land and tank trainees are qualified.

Severely curved nasal septum (including spines and ridges) is unqualified.

Smell: Slow, chemical defense students are unqualified, other types of students are qualified.

(28) Those with chronic tonsillitis accompanied by complications; those with pharyngeal and laryngeal diseases that affect swallowing and pronunciation functions are unqualified.

4. Ophthalmology

(29) Vision: The unaided distance vision in each eye is less than 4.9 (0.8). Students majoring in command, submarines, surface ships, tanks, surveying and mapping, and radar are unqualified. .

The naked-eye distance visual acuity of each eye is above 4.8 (0.6); or the naked-eye distance visual acuity of one eye is above 4.7 (0.5), and the naked-eye distance visual acuity of the other eye is above 4.9 (0.8); or the naked-eye distance visual acuity of each eye is above 4.6 (0.4) or above, the corrected visual acuity of each eye is 4.9 (0.8) or above, and technical students are qualified.

(30) Weak red and green color, color blindness, unqualified.

(31) Diseases of the eyelids, palpebral margin, conjunctiva, and tear apparatus that affect eye function are unqualified.

(32) Exophthalmos, nystagmus, eye muscle disease, dominant strabismus, unqualified. If the phoria exceeds 15°, you will be disqualified.

(33) Diseases of the cornea, sclera, iris and ciliary body, or pupil deformation or movement disorder, disqualified.

(34) Glaucoma, lens and vitreous opacification, choroidal, retinal and optic nerve diseases, unqualified.

Congenital few scattered small opacities in the lens, which do not affect vision and are qualified.

5. Stomatology

(35) Third-degree dental caries, more than two missing teeth juxtaposed together, more than three missing teeth, severe periodontal disease, temporomandibular joint Diseases, frequent oral ulcers, cleft lip, cleft palate and oral diseases that affect chewing function are disqualified.

(36) Moderate or above dental fluorosis, enamel hypoplasia, missing incisors, canines, and bicuspids, overgnath exceeding 0.5 cm, open jaw exceeding 0.3 cm, and overbite greater than one-third 2. Crossbite, uneven dentition, pointed and rounded dental arches, severe gum disease, and mild periodontal disease make submarine trainees unqualified.

Submarine students are qualified under the following conditions:

① The left and right canines and bicuspids of the upper and lower jaws bite within 0.3 cm apart.

② One front tooth is missing and functions well after being repaired by a fixed denture, or there is no gap in the dentition and the replacement tooth functions well.

③ Individual front teeth that do not affect occlusion are uneven or overlapping.

④ Individual front teeth that do not affect occlusion have mild crossbite and no other signs.

⑤The maxillary and mandibular teeth do not bite the gums on the opposite side, and there are no other signs of deep overbite.

6. Obstetrics and Gynecology

(37) Functional uterine bleeding, chronic pelvic inflammatory disease, severe dysmenorrhea, vaginitis, severe cervicitis, and uterine prolapse are unqualified.

(38) All stages of pregnancy are unqualified.

7. Supplementary Provisions

(1) The words "above" and "within" used in this standard text include the number itself; the words "above" and "more than" are used The words "less than", "less than" and "greater than" do not contain the number itself.

(2) Standard weight (kg) = height (cm)-110.

(3) Test requirements: urine routine, liver function, hepatitis B surface antigen, and AIDS.

(4) When the test results of hepatitis B surface antigen are inconsistent with different methods, the enzyme standard method shall prevail.

(4) Physical requirements for admission to ordinary colleges and universities under the Ministry of Public Security

In addition to the physical health standards for admission to ordinary colleges and universities, candidates who apply for public security colleges and universities should also meet the following conditions:
