1. Dissolve the yeast powder into a solution with a little warm water, then pour it into the flour, and then add a proper amount of warm water and flour to fully knead it into a smooth dough;
2. Cover the mixed dough with slightly wet gauze or plastic wrap and put it in a warm place for fermentation for about 2 hours. When the dough is fermented to twice the volume before fermentation, it can be obtained.
3. Knead the fermented dough again, sprinkle a proper amount of flour on the chopping board, and knead the dough into a long strip on the chopping board, which can be cut horizontally. If there are no obvious bubbles, it proves that the dough is well kneaded;
4. Divide the dough into agents with appropriate size and shape it into corresponding shapes, generally rectangular or round;
5. Cover it with a wet cloth to wake up after plastic surgery. The waking time at home is about 30 minutes in winter and 20 minutes in summer. Gently pressing raw steamed bread with your fingers can achieve the degree of proofing, which is elastic;
6. Put cold water in the pot, then spread the wet drawer cloth on the steamer, bring it to a boil with strong fire, and put the steamed buns into the steamer in turn, with a gap of 1, 5 cm to 2 cm. Cover the pot and steam for 10 to 15 minutes.
