The method of filling cells in a table is as follows:

Tools/materials: Tsinghua Tongfang, win 10, WPS Office 13.28.0.

1, open the excel table, as shown below.

2. Select the cell area to be filled, and click Start-Fill-Fill Down in the menu bar above, as shown below.

3. Select the cell range to be filled, and click Fill-Fill Up in the menu bar above. In this way, the contents of the table can be filled, as shown below.

4. Select the cell area to be filled, and click Fill-Fill Left in the menu bar above. In this way, the contents of the table can be filled to the left, as shown below.

5. Select the cell range to be filled, and click Fill-Fill Right in the menu bar above. Its shortcut key is CTRL+R .. so that the contents of the table can be filled to the right, as shown in the figure below.
