How to treat ureteral double J tube complications and vesicourethral pain

The left kidney has normal morphology and structure, clear outline, normal volume, no obvious thinning of the renal parenchyma, separation of light spots in the collecting system, about 1.9 cm, and multiple strong echo spots, the largest of which is about 0.8* 0.5 cm, with acoustic shadow behind, and double-strip tubular echo can be seen in the left kidney. Double-strip tubular echoes were seen in the left ureter, and a strong echogenic spot was seen in the lower segment of the left ureter, about 0.4*0.3 cm in size, with an acoustic shadow behind it, and the inner diameter of the proximal ureter was 0.4 cm. The right ureter was not dilated.

The bladder wall is continuous and smooth, and double-strip tubular echoes can be seen within it
