Parts are loose or damaged.
1. Interference between components: Due to impact or the installation of other equipment, the two components interact with each other. Solution: Only through plastic repair or replacement of relevant parts can there be no interference between the parts.
2. Loose bolts or nuts: If you drive on roads with poor road conditions for a long time, the bolts will naturally loosen. Improper disassembly and installation may damage the bolts. The tightening torque is insufficient or the bolt specifications are incorrect. Solution: Tighten or replace bolts and nuts.
3. Transmission shaft universal joint failure: caused by a ruptured dust cover or oil leakage that was not repaired in time. Solution: Replace with a new drive shaft universal joint.
4. Abnormal noise caused by damage to each ball head, suspension, and connecting bracket: after long-term use, the ball head becomes loose or the rubber gasket is aged and cracked. Solution: Replace with new ball head or support pad.
