It should be the Brahma Palace connected with the cave. The bathing pool is now filled with sweet wine and clear springs.
Su Dongpo, a literary giant of the Northern Song Dynasty, came to taste the spring many times and recited the poem "I am alone with the small moon in the sky; I came to test the second spring in the world". Later, Emperor Huizong of the Song Dynasty simply listed Erquan as a tribute and sent hundreds of altars every month. When Emperor Gaozong of the Song Dynasty was crossing south, he specially inscribed the four characters "source of living water" on the spring, and ordered a pavilion to be built to protect the spring. Zhao Mengfu (Songxue Taoist), a calligrapher of the Yuan Dynasty, specially wrote on the forehead of the spring. The stone carving of the spring pavilion still exists today. The exquisitely carved stone chi head of the Ming Dynasty was placed in the lower pool of the two springs, forming a scenic scene of "chi kissing the flying spring". Emperors Kangxi and Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty came to visit the spring six times respectively. Now the Erquan Courtyard has three spring pools (upper, middle and lower), stone carvings from the Yuan, Ming and Qing dynasties, a spring pavilion, a Yilan Hall, and a huge Taihu stone "boy worshiping Guanyin" that was moved here in the Ming Dynasty. The courtyard scenery is simple and unique. Poets Mei Yaochen, Wang Yu, Cai Xiang, Huang Tingjian, Su Dongpo, Qin Guan, Yang Wanli, etc. all have beautiful words to praise him. In particular, Su Dongpo's poem "Take the little moon in the sky alone to test the second spring in the world" is highly praised and widely circulated. Emperors Kangxi and Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty also wrote poems after they tasted the spring. In modern times, A Bing, a blind folk musician from Wuxi, once wandered around the Huishan area. He composed the music "Two Springs Reflect the Moon", which is full of resentment, admiration, and weeping. It has been praised at home and abroad.
In April 1995, the Jiangsu Provincial People's Government announced it as a provincial cultural relics protection unit.
The second spring in the world is located in Xihui Park. Xihui Park includes Xi and Hui Mountains, and Yingshan Lake connects the two mountains. Here, Hui Mountain is winding, Xi Mountain is bright, dense trees, and the scenery is beautiful. There are also Huishan Temple, Chunshen Cave, Longguang Pagoda, Yunqi Tower, Yugong Valley and the newly opened Rhododendron Garden in the garden. The colorful cultural relics and classical garden art are integrated, and there is the "Wuxi Open-air History Museum" called.
