Liu Heqing (? ), from Yulong Fort, Weijiadian Town. In the 18th year of Guangxu (1892), he was a Wu Jinshi of Renchenke. He used to be a royal bodyguard and a wet nurse in Tongguan Doudufu. The rest is unknown, known as "Master Wu".
Wei Chuixiang (1865— 193 1) is a native of Beishan Lane, Weijiadian Town. In the 23rd year of Guangxu (1897), he was a Jinshi, and was awarded the order of Fuqing County, Fujian Province, and worked in Jianyang and Shaowu counties. During the Republic of China, he served as director of persuasion, dean of education, general manager of urban defense bureau, member of Gansu provincial parliament and counselor of the counselor's meeting in Qin 'an County.

Wang Youzeng (1867— 1932) was born in Nancha, Weijiadian Town. During Guangxu period (1897), Ding Youke paid tribute, and was first made a filial piety officer of the Ministry of Rites, and later promoted to be the director of the Ministry of Rites and the magistrate of Yangxian County, Shaanxi Province. During the Republic of China, he served as deputy speaker of the Senate of Gansu Province.
Wei (1861-1929) was born in the middle street of Weijiadian Town. In the twenty-seventh year of Guangxu (190 1), Xin Chou Gengzi was allowed to be incorporated into the imperial examination. Wen is an example, and the official department chooses a magistrate.
Fu Jingyi (1888— 1935), born in Weijiadian Town, was the eldest son of Fu, and was the champion of tribute in the late Qing Dynasty. He joined the League when he was young and took part in the Revolution of 1911. During the Republic of China, he served as the county heads of Longde County, Tongwei County and Huating County, and the director and deputy secretary of Gansu Province. Good at calligraphy, the original "Gansu Provincial Government" plaque was written by him. Song (1897— 1952), whose name was Youping, was a member of the Liu family in rural areas. One of the founders of Dian Wei Primary School, he used to be the subject director of Qin 'an Junior High School (1944) and the head of education in Qin 'an County (1946).
Fu Jingcong (1901-1963) was born in Wang Jiayao, Dian Wei town. He has served as director of Yongdeng County Telecommunications Bureau, chief of telegraph section of Gansu Provincial Telecommunications Bureau and colonel of air defense communication and transmission section of Gansu Provincial Air Defense Command. 1945 was elected as a deputy to the national congress.
Ding (1904— 195 1), whose real name is Dingjiadian in Jichuan town. In the 17th year of the Republic of China (1928), he graduated from the Department of Education of the National Peking University. He has served as the education director of Qin 'an junior middle school, the education director of Qin 'an County, the inspector of Gansu Provincial Education Department, the commander of Gansu Provincial Air Defense Command, the county magistrate of Longxi County, and the Commissioner of Wudu Commissioner's Office.
Zhang Tingdong (? ), male, from Tuanzhuang, Dian Wei Township. He used to be Major General and Brigadier General of the 1st Brigade of Ma Bufang Cavalry.
Huayang (1910-1978) was born in Zhangjiawa, Dian Wei Town. He used to be the quartermaster of the National Army Lu Dachang Department and the mayor of Dian Wei Town.
Zhang Changgong (1916-1966), male, from Dian Wei Zhennan Village. 1949 was the secretary of Qin' an county government before. Sang Maolin (184 1-1906), born in Xiajie, Weijiadian Town, was in the 21st year of Daoguang (1841) on February 2nd, and in the 32nd year of Guangxu (1906) on August 8th. Because it is a famous actor, everyone calls it "Sang Dan", but I don't know its name. I couldn't eat for three days after reading San Lao Dan. Niu Shun (184 1-? ), a native of Weijiadian Town (later generations now live in Yulongbao, Weinan Village), was a famous Shaanxi opera player in Gansu Province in the late Qing Dynasty. He is the same age as Sang Maolin, studied under the same teacher and often performed on the same stage. Many people are called mulberries and cows. When I was a beginner, I found another way to specialize in wudan because my voice was not as good as Sang's. It is second to none in the wudan line in the province, so it is called "Niudan".
In the late Republic of China, the art of Shaanxi Opera gained unprecedented popularity in Dian Wei. At that time, artists gathered and famous actors came forth in large numbers. Among them, the famous Wei (known as "Zhang Yuer", whose ancestral home is town), Wei in Beijing suburb (known as "Wei Dajing", whose ancestral home is Tongwei, and later moved to Weijiadian), Wei Minghua (known as "Chunshenger" and Wei Jiapo, whose ancestral home is town) and Wei Guodong in Beijing suburb (nicknamed "Three Naked Dragons") have great influence. In the 24th year of the Republic of China (1935), Niu Jukui, a Shaanxi opera artist from the neighboring village Niujiapo (Tongwei County), founded the semi-professional troupe "Deshun Society". At that time, many Dian Wei-born artists of Shaanxi Opera taught in this institution. 1. Liu Jingquan (1904— 1977), a native of Dian Wei, Qin 'an. He was born into a family of traditional Chinese medicine, and studied Huang Qi art since childhood. In the process of long-term practice, it has formed unique and effective clinical skills; His son Liu is now a professor in the First Hospital of Lanzhou University, with 50 years of clinical experience and a solid theoretical foundation of traditional Chinese medicine. Because of his superb medical skills, he was rated as a famous old Chinese doctor in our province by the provincial government (originally published in Gansu Daily).
