Manifestations of neonatal hip dislocation: asymmetrical hip lines If the stripes of the baby's two thighs are asymmetrical and the legs are short, it is often a dislocation of the hip in children.
When multiple deformities are accompanied by dislocation of hip joint, examiners often find that the ratio of thigh to calf is out of balance, the thigh is short and thick, but the calf is slender, and the buttocks are often wide, and the groin wrinkles are short or not obvious. Hip examination shows that the dermatoglyphics on both sides are different, and the affected side is generally raised or increased by one. When the whole lower limb is flat, it is often felt that the hallux valgus of the affected limb is shortened 15 ~ 20.
Manifestation of dislocation of hip joint in newborn: You can't touch the femoral head without touching it. Bend the hip and knee 90 degrees, hold the upper leg with one hand, put the thumb on the inguinal ligament with the other hand, and put the other four fingers on the hip ring. When you rotate your calf by hand, you can normally find the movement and protrusion of the femoral head in front. When dislocated, the front is empty, but the four fingers behind the hip feel the femoral head moving.
Manifestations of neonatal dislocation of hip joint: Other symptoms 1, such as asymmetry, increased, deepened or asymmetrical skin wrinkles of hip, inner thigh or popliteal fossa will widen.
2, the baby is not willing to do things that can only be done by separating his legs. While changing the baby's diaper, he heard a crack in his joints.
3. During the toddler period, the baby doesn't like walking very much; When the baby walks, one foot always folds on the other; The baby shakes like a duckling when he walks.

If the baby has the above two conditions, it may be dislocation of hip joint. Parents should take their baby to the hospital for further examination.
