Second, the consignee filing process
1. The importer fills in the food consignee filing application form.
2, industrial and commercial business license, foreign trade operator registration form, import and export goods declaration registration certificate, self-care inspection registration form and other copies and check the original;
3, enterprise quality and safety management system, import food circulation license, daily work management system table, business scope storage location description, etc.
4. Provide relevant descriptions of food import, processing and sales within two years.
5. Draw up the types and storage places of imported food, and actually record the import flow direction. The record retention period shall not be less than 2 years.
6. The consignee must have the relevant food business scope;
