This department used to be contracted by Putian Department, but it was later cleaned up by the whole army. Now all military hospitals will not be contracted by Putian Department. From 2065438 to 2008, the 455 Hospital was officially handed over to the Navy, and the Naval Characteristic Medical Center was established, which was under the management of the Naval Medical University. Now it is a very formal medical unit.
