How is mammary gland hyperplasia?
Breast hyperplasia is a common disease. Many women may suffer from mammary gland hyperplasia after marriage. Of course, many girls get sick during adolescence. Mammary gland hyperplasia generally needs timely treatment, whether it is medicine or food conditioning. So, what is the general breast hyperplasia? How to treat it?

1, clinical manifestations

(1) According to its severity.

(1) Breast lobular hyperplasia is the initial stage of breast hyperplasia, which mostly occurs at the age of 25-35, with mild symptoms and belongs to the first stage of breast hyperplasia.

(2) Breast diseases

It is the further development of primary hyperplasia of breast, from lobular hyperplasia to mammary duct dilatation, which is called breast disease. Most of them occur at the age of 30 ~ 45, and the symptoms are serious, which belongs to the second stage of mammary gland hyperplasia. It is easy to attract attention and often difficult to cure. If it is not cured for a long time, it will cause mental depression and aggravate symptoms. Seriously lead to endocrine disorders, such as irregular menstruation, insomnia and dreaminess, dull complexion and a series of reactions.

(3) Cystic hyperplasia

It is the further development of secondary hyperplasia of mammary glands, which mostly occurs at the age of 40 ~ 55, and the symptoms are very serious. The malignant rate of tertiary hyperplasia is over 70%, which requires active treatment and regular examination. Tertiary hyperplasia of mammary glands often brings mental depression and fear to patients.

(4) Cystic diseases of breast

A large number of ductal molecules and epithelial cells of the breast died, forming cystic masses, and the canceration rate was over 90%.

(5) Breast cancer mostly develops from cystic hyperplasia and cysts. Surgery is the first choice for early treatment of breast cancer, and breast conservation should be based on specific conditions. The probability of stage ⅰ and ⅱ breast hyperplasia developing into breast cancer is 1% ~ 3%. Patients with hyperplasia of mammary glands must be treated in time and not allowed to develop.

(2) Main symptoms

(1) Breast pain

Frequent pain or tingling may involve one or both breasts, especially one side. People with severe pain should not be touched, and even affect their daily life and work. The pain is mainly in the breast lump, and it can also radiate to the affected armpit, chest or shoulder. Others show nipple pain or itching. Breast pain often appears or aggravates a few days before menstruation, and obviously relieves or disappears after menstruation; Pain will also fluctuate with the change of mood. This kind of pain related to menstrual cycle and emotional changes is the main feature of clinical manifestations of breast hyperplasia.

(2) Breast lump

Masses can appear on one or both breasts, single or multiple, usually in the upper quadrant outside the breast, but they can also appear in other quadrants. The shape of tumor is patchy, nodular, cord-like, granular and so on. Among them, patches are the most common. The boundary of the mass is not obvious, the texture is medium or slightly hard and tough, the activity is good, there is no adhesion with the surrounding tissues, and it is often tender. Tumors vary in size, from millet to more than 3 ~ 4 cm. Breast lumps also have the characteristics of changing with menstrual cycle. The lump increases and hardens before menstruation, and shrinks and softens after menstrual cramps.

(3) nipple discharge

A few patients may have nipple discharge, which is spontaneous discharge, yellowish or brown serous discharge.

(4) Patients with menstrual disorders are irregular before and after menstruation, and the amount is small or pale, which may be accompanied by dysmenorrhea.

(5) Emotional changes

Patients often feel depressed or uneasy and irritable. Whenever they are angry, nervous or tired, the situation will get worse.

2. Prevention of mammary gland hyperplasia

1, change the diet to prevent obesity, eat less fried food, animal fat, sweets and excessive tonics, eat more fruits and vegetables and eat more coarse grains. Black beans are the best, eat more walnuts, black sesame seeds, black fungus and mushrooms.

2. Exercise more to prevent obesity and improve immunity. Abuse of contraceptives and beauty products containing estrogen is prohibited, and chickens and beef fed with estrogen are not eaten.

3. Have a harmonious husband and wife life.

Maintain the hormone level in the body and the physiological regulation of breast tissue, do not use hormones for a long time, and improve self-care awareness.

4, life should be regular, and work and rest should be combined.

It can regulate endocrine disorders, keep defecation unobstructed, and relieve breast pain.

Step 3 pay attention to your diet

1, pay attention to low-fat diet

Eating too much fat can easily lead to obesity. Fat in obese people can promote the production and release of some hormones and stimulate the excessive proliferation of mammary epithelial cells. To prevent and treat hyperplasia of mammary glands, we should pay attention to eating less fatty foods such as animal fat, sweets and fried foods.

Step 2 eat more seafood

Seafood is rich in trace elements, which can protect breasts and inhibit the growth of cancer cells. Take kelp as an example. Iodine contained in kelp can stimulate luteinizing hormone in the anterior pituitary gland, promote luteinization of follicles, reduce estrogen levels, restore normal ovarian function, improve endocrine disorders and eliminate hidden dangers of mammary gland hyperplasia.

3. Eat more dietary fiber food.

Dietary fiber contained in food can affect the emptying time of stomach, the absorption speed of small intestine and the time of food passing through digestive tract, thus reducing the absorption of fat, inhibiting the synthesis of fat, and reducing the level of related hormones, which is conducive to the recovery of breast hyperplasia. Supplementing dietary fiber can eat more fresh vegetables and fruits.

4. Avoid fast food.

Many fast food contains a lot of salt, and fried food is extremely high in calories. Excessive calorie intake can easily accelerate the production of estrogen in the body, leading to more serious breast hyperplasia. Therefore, patients with mammary gland hyperplasia should avoid fast food.

5. Eat less meat.

Eating too much meat is not only easy to consume too many calories, but also too much cholesterol. Cholesterol can stimulate the body to secrete more hormones, and most breast lumps are related to hormone secretion. Therefore, in the daily diet, women should control the intake of meat containing hormones and try to eat less animal viscera.

6. Drink less stimulating drinks

Many women like to drink coffee, cola and other stimulating drinks, but these drinks tend to increase the accumulation of liquid in breast tissue, leading to breast swelling and discomfort, so it is better to drink as little as possible.
