In order to avoid "repeating Pan" and answering the same questions every day, I think it is necessary to write down my thoughts and simply sort them out.
So back to the point, why don't I do the three-point double eyelid method?
1. First of all, I think the trisection is actually a kind of incision method, and its essence is a three-point incision.
2. Three-point incision of epidermis (incomplete incision), this method can not peel off, indicating that it is not suitable for people with loose eyelids. Secondly, this method can't solve the problem of swollen eyes and thick muscles, so as long as you can do minimally invasive surgery, you can do catgut embedding. Why do you need surgery?
3. The three points are permanent in theory, but if the eye foundation is not suitable, although good double eyelids can be formed in the short term, the long-term effect is not good, and it may become shallow or even gone in a few years. (As shown below, before my patient was repaired).
4. The three-point method for opening three holes has no small incision and full incision, which can better control the smoothness of the incision. Please refer to the concave scar below to close the three pits.
Many people want to do the trisection because they intuitively think that the trisection = minimally invasive = small trace = no trace, but only when you choose a doctor with good skills can the trisection with poor skills be worse than the total incision, because even if people with born double eyelids have traces, they are complete traces, and there will be no intermittent traces like three "pits".
As shown above, the patient had double eyelids in the outer hospital. Although it is three o'clock, there is a dislocation between the left three points, which leads to the unsmooth formation of the front double eyelids, and the closed eyelid scar looks like a full incision. This time, the left double eyelid was repaired and the scar was improved. Five days after operation, the lines were obviously smooth and natural.
Let's look at the patient in the picture below. 17 years, binocular asymmetry after right three-point double eyelid surgery. Although it is three points, the appearance of the scar of closing eyes is like a complete incision. This right side repair widened and narrowed, narrowed the symmetry difference and improved the scar.
The patient below is also 18 with three-point double eyelids. The appearance is slightly wider and deeply false, and the incision of closing eyes is sunken and scarred, which makes the double eyelids more unnatural under dynamic conditions. After the double eyelids are narrowed and shallowed, the eyes look obvious and natural, which also improves the problem of sunken incision.
In fact, no surgical method is absolutely good or bad-the whole incision can be made perfectly; If you can't do it at three o'clock, you really might as well cut it all. So the most crucial point is the strength of the doctor who is about to operate on you and whether his judgment on your preoperative situation is accurate.
