How to grow medium-sized toast (cold storage method 12~ 17 hours)?
Dissolve the yeast in warm milk, then put all the seed materials into the dough mixer, mix the flour evenly in the first gear, and then change to the third gear, 10~ 15 minutes until the dough is smooth. Cover the top of the enlarged plate with plastic wrap and moisten it with a towel. Put it in the refrigerator for about 5~7 degrees (12~ 17 hours) to make a hair about 2.5 times larger. Be careful not to send it!
Tear the middle seed material into small pieces and mix with the main dough material. (except butter)! Don't be afraid that the dough is a little wet at first. Stir in the third gear 10 minutes or so, and you can agglomerate.
Add butter and stir in the third gear until the film is scattered. (about ten minutes)
The freshly mixed dough is a little wet. Add some hand powder (don't use low-gluten powder, it will stick to your hands more), make it into a circle in 3 parts, and let it stand for 15 minutes! (Zhong Fa)

4. Roll the noodles into long strips again, 5. Fold them in half again, 6. Spread them out again and compact them.
