It is found that bilateral thalamic nucleus feedback electrical stimulation is more suitable for the treatment of clinically refractory epilepsy, 160Hz, 3V, 10. In the research direction of dementia, a large sample of Han AD genetic and clinical resource database was established. For AD, CLU, β2-AR, APOE, SORCS 1, ADAM 10, MAPT, GSK3β, MOBP, EIF2AK3, TTBK 1, IL- 18, IL-33, TLR2. NEDD9, TFAM, TOMM40, MTHFD 1L, IGF 1 and SLC2A 14 are the susceptibility genes of China Han people, and the genetic polymorphism sites related to susceptibility have been determined, which can be used as genetic markers for early warning and diagnosis of AD in China Han people.
