How to carry out basketball court construction

Construction technology

1. Process flow

Smooth cement concrete, asphalt concrete or marble base layer (dry) → Clean the site → Primer ingredients →

Mixing → Paving → Defoaming → Curing → Glue ingredients → Mixing → Paving → Defoaming → Sprinkling particles → Recycling rubber particles → Rolling glue → Measuring and drawing lines → Detecting point lines → Completion

2. Operation process

First check the flatness of the base layer and level the uneven parts (for example, the cement concrete foundation needs to be pickled).

Paving with primer:

Before paving with primer, clean the foundation and prepare the tools for construction.

(1) Measure the location of the construction line according to the process requirements and place the construction line.

(2) When paving, start from one side of the site and scrape the glue at one time according to the width of the site.

(3) Use a uniform speed when squeegeeing, and repair or smooth out exposed bottoms, depressions, and bulges in a timely manner.

(4) After the glue is formed, inspect the entire site to ensure the thickness of the surface glue pavement.

Paving of surface glue:

(1) When scraping glue, try to shorten the interval between each bucket of glue to make the glue formation speed uniform.

(2) Always observe the thickness of the rubber surface.

(3) Scrape the dough and sprinkle plastic particles before the dough is cured. After it is completely cured, clean up the excess dough.

(4) Spray glue to ensure that the particles do not fall off.

Spray marking of process lines:

Accurately measure the position of the process lines in accordance with the current standards for basketball venues and facilities, and then spray them with polyurethane paint.

Main materials

Two-component polyurethane slurry, one-component polyurethane glue, PU particles, silicon PU particles, EDPM particles, black waste tire particles, etc.

Precautions for paving

(1) During the construction process of polyurethane plastic materials, water is the most feared. A large bubble will be generated when the glue encounters a drop of water before it is initially cured. , so construction workers should prepare towels to wipe sweat when working under high temperature conditions. When laying the rubber surface, be sure to understand the weather conditions and take emergency measures to prevent sudden showers. The glue laying time should be avoided in the morning when the humidity in the atmosphere and on the ground is high. Even on a normal working day with sunny weather, it is generally best to formally lay the plastic basketball court after 9 a.m.

(2) The actual thickness of the rubber surface refers to the center of the rubber surface from the rubber bottom to the surface rubber particles, and is generally controlled from two aspects. First, pre-inspection of the thickness size is carried out by erecting molds, and the elevated parts of the base layer are trimmed or hammered down. If it is not much higher, you can use a flat scraper with a clamp to release the mold squeegee to ensure the thickness. The average thickness is 5MM.

(3) To prevent local blistering and peeling after the rubber surface is laid, the density of the base layer must be strictly controlled to prevent the cement base layer itself from being squeezed tightly, peeling and delamination, resulting in a loss of bonding strength Poor, the surface is vaporized and the rubber surface is pulled off. Where the base layer is not dense enough, you can use a drill to drill holes and pour glue (rubber nails) for reinforcement.

(4) In order to ensure the flatness and slope, after the mold strips are nailed, use a level to simulate the correction. Some high places on the base layer should be leveled first, and some low places should be filled with glue.

(5) The basic parts contaminated and corroded by diesel must be dug out resolutely and filled with glue.
