I just had a mole removal operation, can I eat bananas, cauliflower, and cabbage?

It’s the fourteenth day of my mole removal surgery. Except for water, spicy food, and soy sauce, you can eat anything else. It’s best to eat several kinds of vegetables a day, and try not to eat too much meat. What I ate every day for the past seven days was: carrots, cabbage, lettuce, water spinach, tomatoes, and eggs. I was tired of eating just these. After the stitches were removed on the eighth day, I ate pig trotters, and then everything else. It's recovering very well now.
