Can the nose really proliferate after rhinoplasty?
The soft tissue removed by rhinoplasty is easy to proliferate. Not all rhinoplasty operations will lead to nasal hyperplasia. Generally, only excision will lead to hyperplasia. The reason why only excision can easily lead to hyperplasia is that after skin and dermis are injured, the body will instinctively repair the damaged part. Once the body differentiates too many fibrous cells during the repair process, it will lead to the phenomenon of nose hyperplasia.
