Paper machinery management
The papermaking industry is determined by its process, and the equipment clusters and monomers are relatively large, with high degree of continuity and automation. Therefore, once the damage often has a huge impact, in order to avoid the losses caused by major problems and uncontrollable problems as much as possible, many enterprises constantly change and improve the mechanism design, such as regular inspections and spot checks, which are largely controlled.

On this basis, advanced equipment testing methods have played an important role. Successful fault diagnosis, especially the diagnosis that can report the fault in advance, will produce obvious benefits. This kind of income is extremely considerable under special circumstances. Secondly, fault diagnosis technology can play a huge auxiliary role in equipment maintenance. It can not only greatly save human resources, but also change the maintenance mode-gradually replace the planned maintenance mode with advanced condition-based maintenance mode, and even have a positive impact on the management mode of spare parts in stock. Therefore, based on the platform of cooperation with users, Meijiahua International Co., Ltd. of the United States constantly integrates and perfects existing resources and means to truly achieve the purpose of helping users control costs and improve comprehensive benefits. The working environment of papermaking machinery is humid and high temperature, and some equipment is accompanied by impact load, so the choice of lubricant mainly considers its emulsification resistance, water resistance, thermal oxidation stability and load resistance. In principle, the lubrication points on paper-making machinery are all closed. The bearings in the wet end of the paper machine (i.e. from the headbox to the press section) are sealed with bearing pads to prevent cross-contamination caused by soaking and grease spillage. In the drying section of paper machine, because of the high temperature during operation, the central lubricating station is used to transport lubricating oil under pressure to bearings everywhere for lubrication and heat dissipation. The grease lubrication points in the wet part are often inspected and replaced manually, so the lubrication system often refers to the central lubrication station of cadres, all oil transmission and supply pipelines and oil injection devices.

The lubricating station in the drying section of paper machine usually adopts the standard universal type, and it is better to have strong oil filtering ability and oil temperature control ability, and it is more suitable to have magnetic filter and constant temperature control. Usually, the oil delivery capacity of lubrication station should be calculated according to the heat dissipation needs of each lubrication point.

The oil supply of each closed bearing bush in the drying section of paper machine mostly adopts adjustable oiler, also known as drip valve, so that the oil supply to the bearing is moderate and continuous. This kind of oiler is very suitable and reliable for the system of manual adjustment of oil quantity.

On the new high-speed wide paper machine, the main bearing of the wet end is also automatically lubricated by the central lubrication station. In this system, the wet end and the trunk of the paper machine are respectively provided with central lubrication stations, but they are managed and operated by the automatic control system. The control of the oil filling amount at each lubricating point is realized by a small metering pump driven by a micro motor. The automatic control system monitors the flowmeter and pressure gauge on the oil filling pipeline through an electronic computer or other software regulation and control methods, and adjusts the motor for metering the oil filling pump. Pulping and papermaking machinery includes pulping and papermaking machinery, as well as paper decoration and processing equipment. Specific lubrication methods are as follows:

1, lubrication of pulping machinery

Pulping machinery includes two types of equipment: material preparation and pulping. The lubrication characteristics of pulping machinery are wet and high temperature working environment and impact load. It is generally required to have good heat resistance, oxidation resistance, emulsification resistance and rust resistance, and the viscosity is 46- 100. It is also necessary to use No.2 or No.3 compound calcium-based, sodium-based or lithium-based grease with good heat resistance and mechanical stability, and even molybdenum disulfide or graphite grease can be used. Bearings and gears of pulping and cooking equipment work at high temperature and are often lubricated with industrial gear oil or grease. The lubricating parts of pulping machinery include bearings, worm gears, reducers, closed and open gears, and L-HL hydraulic oil and L-CkC industrial gear oil have also been involved. Calcium-based grease, composite calcium-based grease, universal lithium-based grease, graphite calcium-based grease and semi-fluid lithium-based grease.

2. Lubrication of paper machine

In principle, the lubrication points of paper machines are all closed. Each bearing in the wet end of the paper machine has a sealed bearing shell to prevent cross-contamination caused by water intrusion and grease overflow. Because of the high temperature in the drying section of the paper machine, the central lubricating station is used to transport the lubricating oil under pressure to the bearings everywhere for lubrication and heat dissipation. It is concluded that the lubrication components of paper machine include transmission reducer, worm gear reducer, general sliding bearing, rolling bearing, exhaust fan, wet rolling bearing, steel wire rope and oil for central lubrication station (cadre lubrication). Oils and fats used to be involved include hydraulic oil, total loss system oil, calcium-based grease, sodium-based grease, graphite calcium-based grease and so on.

3. Lubrication of paper machine and its auxiliary equipment

(1) divisional transmission reducer, central lubricating station oil (dry lubrication), vibration box, worm gear reducer and universal sliding bearing:

They are all lubricated by hydraulic oil or total loss system oil. When using L-HL46 or L-AN46, the viscosity of the oil is 4 1.4 ~ 50.6mm2/s at 40℃, and the flash point (opening) >: 180℃, freezing point.

(2) Wet rolling bearing:

Calcium base grease, dropping point >; At 80℃, the penetration (25℃,110 mm) is 265 ~ 295.

(3) Exhaust fans and rolling bearings in hot and humid places: sodium-based grease, dropping point >; 40℃, penetration (25℃,110 mm) 220 ~ 250.

(4) Wire rope:
