But these days, customers who want to come to Chengdu from other places to buy a car are anxious! ? I want to see the car but I dare not come to Chengdu because I am afraid that I will be isolated and observed when I return to Chengdu. This is a problem!
But the solution is always more difficult than the reality. Right? I received an entrustment from a Leshan customer the day before yesterday to help me test one? Accord. I thought it was a normal off-site inspection because I have met such customers before. As the second largest used car market in China, Chengdu ranks first in the southwest! The sources of used cars here are really rich. Many foreign customers find that their favorite car is too far away, and they are afraid of running the wrong way for nothing, so they ask us to help them test (see the car).
No problem, just come and pick up the car. But the customer I want to share today, asking us to do the test, is really killing three birds with one stone. The first is mainly because the epidemic is afraid of risks, and the second is because the car source he saw on the Internet is afraid of being a fake car source, and he is afraid of being a routine. Ask us if it's a real car. The third is that customers say that most of the car sources hanging online are made by strings (intermediaries). If we see that the real car source can give him an accurate location, he will come to talk about the price himself. I have to say, this customer really knows how to do business! It is simply using our test master to the extreme.
I contacted the person who looked after my car according to the phone number given by the customer. Under the guidance of two people changing places, I finally saw a real car, a quasi-new car, and ran for more than 10000 kilometers. When I saw the car, I reported the situation to the customer, and he felt at ease. I also started the test according to our process. Every time I test a big project, I will report the situation to my customers in real time.
Then began to conduct a comprehensive inspection of the body, and the car on the left side was normal except for some small scratches. Some problems began to be found in the right side inspection, and the problems became more and more serious with the deepening of inspection.
First of all, we found that the front fender was painted with sheet metal and A-pillar. Seeing this caught my attention. I'm sure there will be a collision on the right side before I spray paint on a large area. Generally speaking, A-pillar will not be repaired with paint. The next examination confirmed my judgment. I checked the left front door and found that the door was removed and painted, the upper beam was painted, the lower beam was painted with a large area of sheet metal, and the B-pillar was painted, and the right back door was also removed and painted with sheet metal. It seems that this collision area is not small.
I wonder if it was a side impact. If so, you will definitely get hurt in the future. Sure enough, the later detection also confirmed my guess, and it was not an ordinary accident.
When testing C-pillar and rear fender, a line of sheet metal repair was found. Because the paint around that line is of low value, I initially judged that there was a cut, and immediately pulled off the tape to confirm whether there was a cut. Sure enough, as soon as the tape is pulled open, the traces of cutting and repairing can be seen in an unobstructed view. There are fake solder joints made later outside, and there are no symmetrical solder joints inside, and the putty scraped out is very messy.
To find the upper cutting point, you must also find another cutting opening. I walked down the solder joint from the cutting point above, and the further I went down, I saw the disappearing solder joint. It seems that the master is too lazy to make fake solder joints in order to cope with the problem when repairing the car.
Keep looking, looking, looking! Finally, we found the cutting point on the lower beam. We can see that the original solder joint on the right side of the cutting point is clearly visible, and the cutting opening there is obvious. At this point, the comprehensive test results show that there was a big collision on the right side of the car, which led to a large area of damage repair on the right side, and it was cut and repaired later. It is an out-and-out accident car with C-pillar cut.
I immediately called the customer and explained the condition of the car. At that time, the customer thought that the car dealer was talking about a small collision, and the sheet metal repair was done later. I immediately moved to another place and told the customer the actual situation in detail. The customer doesn't understand what's going on. At this time, he repeatedly said on the phone that it is worthwhile to spend these hundreds of dollars, not only to avoid missing a wrong road, but also to avoid buying an accident car to go home, thanks to our car inspection.
Although the car detected a problem here, the customer's testing items have not been tested yet. I asked the customer whether all projects should be tested in the future. The customer decisively said that he would give up the post-test. This will allow me to go home from work early and invite us to test when I find the next car.
The original 2.5-hour exam ended in an hour and went home.
