Making head mould

Tie up the guest's hair and clip it. Generally, the probability of total baldness of girls is extremely low, and there will always be some hair. It is necessary to tie up all your hair before wearing a wig. Then cover the top of the head with plastic film to simulate the shape of the extrusion head.

After fixing, record the position of hairline and midpoint.

After removing a plastic head, the barber will draw the direction and length of hair in each area according to the position of hairline and midpoint.

After that, fix this "plastic head" on a special wooden head model ... nail out the partition that was drawn before, then remove the "plastic head" and draw it on the wooden head, so that the hair information of the real person is transferred to the wooden model.

Manufacturing hairnet

Making a wig is actually fixing the real hair on the hairnet, so the first thing to do is to make the hairnet ~ the raw material is mesh fabric, and then fix the hair in these holes. Like the worker below, when weaving a hairnet on a "wooden model", he will also use an iron to perm the hairnet, so that the hairnet can be as close as possible to the scalp.

The hairnet is not a single layer, but consists of many pieces of cloth. The master fixed it by hand, and then sewed several pieces of cloth together with a sewing machine, so that the hairnet was particularly firm.

Processed hair

Workers pour the collected hair into a disinfection pool for disinfection, then soak it in dyes of different colors for one hour and then take it out.

The most important link-weaving hair! Workers use knitting needles with small hooks, so that a strand of hair can be hooked from one side of the hair cover to the other through a small hole with a hook.

First, the worker will choose the right length of hair, then hook the hair with one hand and turn it around with the crochet needle with the other hand. In the blink of an eye, a strand of hair was woven on the hair cap, and more than 200 hairs were hooked on a square centimeter.

In order to make the wig more realistic, workers will weave the hair according to the direction of the hair in different hair areas, and different hair hook techniques can also make the hair more layered, which is the main reason why the wig can be fake.
