Self-evaluation in rehabilitation department during probation period: 1 internship in rehabilitation department for more than one month. There are not many patients in contact and a lot of experience. I am not a sentimental person. The realization comes from the comparison of facts, from the comparison between what you think and what you see in reality. Implementation itself doesn't mean anything. It's just a consciousness. What is really valuable is the change after implementation.
Below I will describe the changes in this multi-point month as follows:
First of all, the way I read books has changed from page to page to the current directional search. I dare not say how much I know, but at least I know. If I read a book page by page, I will only know nothing about the content of the book or really don't know where I am, that is, I am in a nihilistic omniscient hypothesis. After practicing for a while, I dare not say how much I know, but I dare say that I know what I don't.
Secondly, when I first started my internship, I felt very empty, because when I faced a patient, I didn't know how to start, or I didn't know what to do first and then what to do. Later, I slowly tried to contact a patient, first doing joint movement techniques (passive movement, joint loosening), and then doing soft tissue stretching techniques. Then enhance muscle strength, which is a mixture of PNF and Ruud technology. Finally, balance and coordination training, weight bearing, or gait training and correction, but I was surprised to find that if I was a patient according to my thinking, the time was far more than one and a half hours, and the patient suffered and suffered himself. After observing the teachers' methods for a period of time, I realized that rehabilitation is not a dogma, nor is it as rigid as the book says. Many technologies and methods can be combined to achieve better results and save time and energy. For example, passive exercise can be combined with soft tissue drafting, ROOD pressing and brushing techniques, and muscle strength training of multiple muscles can be combined, instead of simply practicing a muscle or a group of muscles as mentioned in the book. Of course, individual training of weak muscles should not be ignored.
Third, be more patient. Most of my feelings about this came from an old lady with Parkinson's disease and cerebral infarction, who was lying in bed 5.
First of all, I don't know how much, when or how much I can increase my exercise or change my exercise style. For example, hemiplegic patients should reach the standard from practicing weight bearing to walking. Although the book says that they should have 65,438+000% weight supported by the support, three-level balance of standing posture, and the ability to complete knee flexion and ankle dorsiflexion under hip extension, can't a patient do walking training if he can't completely do the above three points? Will gait training hinder the recovery of patients too late? How to grasp this degree? Secondly, I don't know anything about orthopedic rehabilitation. Just to increase the scope of activities? How to grasp the degree? What should I pay attention to? Of course, there are still many problems that have really been discovered.
First of all, I would like to thank the hospital leaders and department leaders for giving me this opportunity for further study. I know this opportunity is really hard for me, and there is trust and expectation from the leaders. Over the past six months, I have never forgotten the director's instructions. I must ask more questions, do more work, communicate with teachers, seize this opportunity for further study and strive to improve myself.
Beijing Pok Oi Hospital affiliated to China Rehabilitation Research Center, Teaching Hospital of Capital Medical University, Grade III A hospital. Audited by Beijing Medical Insurance Center, it was confirmed as the first batch of designated medical institutions for medical insurance in Beijing, and it was officially put into use on April 29th, XX. The hospital has fully functional clinical departments and rehabilitation business departments, including internal medicine, surgery, orthopedics, spinal surgery, Chinese medicine, rehabilitation of spinal cord injury, children's cerebral palsy, hemiplegia rehabilitation center, speech and hearing rehabilitation center, psychotherapy department, social and vocational department, etc. Medical technology departments include physiotherapy, imaging, functional examination, laboratory, endoscopy room, bone density room and so on.
At the same time, a variety of comprehensive clinics have been opened, including general internal medicine, respiratory medicine, general surgery, urology, orthopedics, neurology, gynecology, stomatology, ophthalmology, cataract rehabilitation center, otolaryngology, dermatology, traditional Chinese medicine, dialysis, intestinal outpatient and so on. Sports Therapy Department was established in XX, covering an area of about 1300m2. It has all kinds of advanced rehabilitation equipment at home and abroad, with a total value of about 6 million yuan. There are more than 40 rehabilitation workers, of whom 15 have obtained foreign academic qualifications. The sports therapy department mainly provides rehabilitation training for patients with cerebrovascular diseases, hemiplegia caused by brain injury, paralysis caused by spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy in children and orthopedic diseases.
During the further study in pt department, I can abide by the rules and regulations of hospitals and departments, actively participate in small lectures of departments, get along well with teachers and colleagues, master the functional evaluation of "three paralysis", namely hemiplegia, paraplegia, cerebral palsy and amputation, and make training plans. This study focuses on the rehabilitation of stroke patients, that is, taking all measures to prevent the occurrence of disability, reduce the impact of disability, and make patients return to normal social life to the greatest extent. The best period of limb function rehabilitation for stroke patients is within three months after onset, during which rehabilitation is carried out? It can accelerate the recovery of limb function of patients. The sooner rehabilitation treatment, the better. As long as the patient is conscious and his vital signs are stable, he can start.
In short, the effective recovery period is within 6 months after onset; If the course of disease exceeds 1 year, the rehabilitation effect and the speed of limb function recovery will be reduced. Therefore, it is necessary for medical staff from all departments to cooperate with each other to do early intervention for stroke patients. In addition, we should do a good job in publicity, so that patients, their families and medical staff can cooperate with each other and actively participate in rehabilitation training, so that they can recover as soon as possible and return to their families and society.
Through study, I have more clearly defined the inevitability of the development of rehabilitation medicine with the needs of society. The ultimate goal of social development is to solve the problem of food and clothing and equal participation in social labor. However, the current situation of disabled people in real society is quite difficult in all aspects. Therefore, if the patients can be treated with rehabilitation medicine in time, the pain of the disabled, the elderly, patients with various chronic diseases, patients with acute and early rehabilitation can be greatly alleviated.
Finally, thank you again for giving me this learning opportunity. I think, through my efforts, but also through your help and support, I will be able to use what I have learned to contribute to the rehabilitation of our hospital.
Self-appraisal in the probation period of rehabilitation department 3. Before you know it, one semester of rehabilitation nursing is over. In this semester, through theoretical study, experimental teaching and hospital probation, we have a deeper understanding and understanding of rehabilitation nursing.
In the hospital, we know that various instruments in the rehabilitation department can help patients recover well and give them a chance to live a better life. Listening to the teacher, these instruments are very expensive, and we can't help but sigh that the current level of science and technology is really high and medical technology is getting better and better. Under the guidance of our teacher, we saw some bedridden patients, some of whom were stroke, some were hemiplegic, almost all of them were elderly people who kept moving, and some young and middle-aged people who were physically disabled due to accidental injuries. In the past, when rehabilitation technology was not developed, they might have to stay in bed all their lives, and they needed to be taken care of by others all their lives, so they could not take care of themselves. But now through some effective rehabilitation nursing and exercise, the activity ability of many patients has been greatly improved. Through the rational use of wheelchairs, crutches, artificial limbs and other tools, patients with inconvenient legs and feet can move freely, greatly improving the quality of life of patients.
Modern nursing pays attention to humanistic nursing. In today's pursuit of quality of life, we should not only treat diseases, but also improve the quality of life. For a patient with a broken leg, helping the patient to deal with the wound and prevent infection is treatment, while helping the patient to put on a prosthesis, taking the patient for rehabilitation, restoring physical activity and allowing the patient to walk to the maximum extent is rehabilitation. It can be seen that rehabilitation is a particularly important link after treatment.
Although China's rehabilitation technology has made rapid progress, there is still a certain gap with some developed countries. It is hoped that medical treatment in China will pay more attention to the development of rehabilitation. Saving lives is to live better, which is also the meaning of rehabilitation.
In a word, I learned a lot and felt a lot during my internship in rehabilitation department. I sincerely hope that rehabilitation can develop better and some disabled people can have a brighter life!
Self-evaluation of probation period of rehabilitation department 4 In a blink of an eye, the three-month probation period of Zunyi Honorary Military Rehabilitation Hospital ended. In the past three months, under the careful training and leadership of the hospital leaders and department directors, great progress has been made in thinking and work. After three months of probation, I have made great progress through my own efforts, and I can master the clinical classification of children with cerebral palsy skillfully. I think this is not only a job, but more importantly, it gives me an opportunity to study and exercise. I work carefully, with a strong sense of responsibility and enterprising spirit. I am diligent and cheerful, willing to communicate with others, and have strong teamwork ability.
In the days of working in pediatrics, I gradually like this department and like this job more. I want to grow up here. After three months of study and work, I have grown a lot. In the future, I will continue to work hard, maintain a good style, constantly improve myself, and strive to become a qualified and excellent rehabilitation therapist.
