Ingredients:

100g low-gluten flour, 15g caster sugar, 5g baking powder, 2g salt, 2g coffee powder, butter 30g, 35g milk, eggs, crushed Oreos

Method:

1. Mix all dry ingredients and stir evenly.

2. Add softened butter and knead into flocculent form.

3. Add egg liquid and milk to knead the dough, then add crushed Oreos.

4. Divide the dough into 6 portions and add decorative cookies.

5. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
