1. You need to prepare a propaganda video.

2. Open PR and drag all the video materials that need to be edited into the timeline.

3. Press the shortcut key c or click the razor tool on the left toolbar to crop the unwanted parts of the video.

4. After the cropping is completed, splice all the remaining videos together. When finished, press ctrl+M to export the video.
