Dental floss has different shapes, such as foam, flat and round. There is also a floss manual to help you learn to floss.
First, wax-containing and wax-free dental floss
Some dentists like waxing and flossing, because they think that the friction is large, which helps to clean dental calculus and plaque. In fact, there is no obvious difference between wax dental floss and wax-free dental floss. Wax dental floss works only slightly better. On the other hand, some people find that dental floss with wax moves between teeth more easily than dental floss without wax.
Second, Teflon dental floss.
This type of dental floss is quick and easy to use. Because it's made of Teflon, which means it won't get stuck in your teeth and it's very easy to move.
Third, floss with a stick.
This kind of dental floss is made of nylon and can be used like other dental floss. The difference is that you wear a hard stick at the end, so you don't have to wrap it around your hand. In addition, it is more convenient for orthodontics to pass through the space between arch wires and teeth.
Fourth, correct dental floss and tasteless dental floss.
Some dental floss is flavored with spices, such as mint and fruit. It tastes good and is more pleasant to use. There is also a kind of dental floss that contains fluorine, which can prevent tooth decay.
Verb (abbreviation for verb) strip floss
This kind of dental floss is thicker than the conventional one, and it is mainly used when the gap between teeth is large. It is an ideal new dental floss. It is also smooth and can slide smoothly between teeth.
The intransitive verb vibrates floss.
Vibrating dental floss is easy to use and has additional advantages. But they are also more expensive than other traditional dental floss.

At this point, turn the palm over so that the palm is outward, the two thumbs are inward and touch each other, and the two thumbs are at right angles to the second index finger to see if the floss can be tightened. If possible, the length of floss between the middle fingers is appropriate. If not, it can be adjusted again.
5. Thumb-to-thumb gesture, the index finger is facing up, the thumb of one hand and the index finger of the other hand tighten the floss together, and pass through the fleshy part of the finger. 8. When flossing the tooth surface, tighten the tooth surface to make it slightly "C"-shaped. So that the contact area of dental floss can cover the whole adjacent surface.
9. When you start to practice flossing, start with the central front teeth, and then move to the back teeth in turn until the last side of the last tooth. In other words, move slowly from the front teeth to the back teeth.
