You can apply for a psychological counselor if you have one of the following conditions:

(1) You have a nationally recognized college degree or above;

(2) having a junior title or above in psychology, medicine and education;

(3) Students who are in school one year before graduation from junior college or undergraduate course have student ID cards or can issue school certificates.
