As far as the current question is concerned, I answer what I can.
For leg burns, it is generally recommended to rest on your back and keep lifting your legs, which will be good and fast, but if there is no such condition, at least keep lifting your legs above knee height and walk as little as possible. Avoid spicy, greasy, alcohol and tobacco. Eat more foods rich in protoprotein and vitamin A/C, and the leg you mentioned will still cramp, which may be due to poor blood circulation or calcium deficiency. Eat more foods rich in vitamin A/D and bask in the sun properly, but be careful not to get sunburned, and do more massage around the burned area to promote blood circulation.
