A Platycladus arborvitae, teachers can give me advice on whether it can be grafted with Arborvitae arborvitae

Small seedlings can be grafted when they are about 20 cm.

Use cleft grafting, which means to cut the scion flat at 5 cm from the ground, then split it from the middle, and then cut the scion into a large side. Insert a small wedge-shaped wedge 2 cm into the split of the rootstock. The most important thing is that the cambium layers of the rootstock and scion must be aligned - at least on one side. Then tie it with plastic tape and bury it with soil. Grafting is better in spring. In summer, the interface is prone to flooding and death. Large seedlings can be grafted in several places with the same method.
