Which parameter of mos tube determines the driving ability?
Whether the voltage or current reaches the set standard is the ability to drive the load connected to the output terminal.

Namely, voltage, current and internal resistance related to conduction. as follows

Rds (on): on-resistance of ds. When Vgs= 10V, the resistance between DS of MOS.

Id: maximum DS current. Will decrease with the increase of temperature.

Vgs: maximum gs voltage. Generally, it is -20V~+20V.

The above three are mainly directly related to your load. Rds(on) is equivalent to internal resistance. If the internal resistance after conduction is large, your load current is large, and the MOS tube is seriously heated. Id directly determines the maximum current. If this is less than your load, you can't drive it. If the Vgs exceeds this voltage when it is not driven, the MOS tube will be damaged.
