1. First of all, if the developer fails to deliver the house within the time limit, the owner can serve a reminder and ask the developer to deliver the house as soon as possible and compensate for the overdue losses.

2. Secondly, the real estate development enterprise shall, in accordance with the contract, deliver the commercial housing that meets the delivery conditions to the buyer on schedule.

3. In case of final failure to deliver, the real estate development enterprise shall be liable for breach of contract.
