Changzhi City Appearance Monitoring Team is a full-time city appearance management team established by the district party committee and district government in May 1998 according to the spirit of No.54 document of the municipal government. The team consists of four squadrons: office, finance office, public security office, legal supervision office, responsibility area, special service squadron and internal security squadron, which shoulder the management and supervision of the city's citywide appearance.

Since its establishment, all members of the city appearance monitoring team have been fighting in the front line of city appearance management all the year round, regardless of holidays and sundays, with the guiding ideology of "strong quality, image building, strict management and first-class creation" and the team-building principle of "caring for the city, serving the people, being close to the people and being a civilized teacher". They flirted in the wind and rain, flirted with Dai Yue, and walked at the forefront of all the creation work, banning street markets, cleaning up vendors, standardizing shop recruitment, and cracking down on "urban psoriasis". In a few years, they made our city look earth-shaking and created "charming city", "national sanitary city", "national garden city" and "national civilized city" for our city. Their hard work has been unanimously recognized by leaders at all levels. From 2002 to 2006, it was rated as an advanced patriotic health unit in the whole province for five consecutive years, and from 20065438+0 to 2005, it was rated as a red flag unit by the district Committee and government of the urban area for five consecutive years. It has also won many honors, such as advanced units of governing the city according to law in provinces and cities, civilized units in urban areas, and municipal youth civilization numbers.
