1. Smoking after rhinoplasty may cause spasm and contraction of blood vessels in the skin and mucosa of the nasal dorsum operation area, which may lead to obstruction of blood supply to the incision and delay wound healing;
2. Smoking after rhinoplasty may lead to more obvious hyperplasia in the operation area, more exuberant secretion of sebaceous glands and enlarged nose;
3. Smoking after rhinoplasty may lead to the increase of cartilage absorption at the tip of nose, resulting in the long-term loss or decrease of the height of the tip of nose.
