Surface treatment, glue mixing, gluing, curing and processing.
1. Surface treatment: This is a key step for our successful repair. After determining the repair site, remove the dirt on the surface and clean it with industrial alcohol or acetone. The glue distribution place should be ventilated, dry and clean.
3. Glue coating: The maximum thickness of the glue coating should not exceed 20 mm First, apply a small amount to the surface to be repaired, press it repeatedly with tools to make the surface to be repaired fully infiltrated, and then apply a large amount. In order to prevent residual bubbles and pores in the glue layer, the glue should move in one direction as far as possible and exert a certain pressure, and the speed should not be too fast. According to the different products selected, the gluing methods can be washing coating, automatic leveling, injection and scraping coating. If processing is needed after curing, allowance must be left.
4. Curing: Curing is the process of forming adhesive layer through physical and chemical action, which will prolong the curing time at low temperature. Only when the adhesive layer is completely cured can its physical and chemical indexes reach the maximum. Heat curing is only to achieve the maximum value of this product. When the requirement does not reach the maximum value, it can also be cured at room temperature.
When the ambient temperature is low, the main material of group A may be hard, and it can be preheated by blower, heater and hot water before use. 1. 4. Mechanical processing can be carried out after curing at 20-30℃ for 5-6 hours, and it takes more than 24 hours for complete curing. The higher the coating thickness and temperature, the shorter the curing time.
5. You can check the curing effect by listening to the tapping sound. Used tools should be cleaned with detergent immediately.
