1. First, open the Sims 4 game and select gender in the left panel.

2. Select the age, click the task face to pinch the face, and click the hair to choose the hairstyle.

3. Click on the eyes to select the eye type, click on the eyebrows to select the eyebrows, and click on the nose to select the nose.

4. Click on the mouth to select the mouth shape, click on the face to select the face shape, long press to move and stretch, and adjust the details to complete the face pinch.
