Nurse’s self-evaluation
As a nurse who saves lives and heals the wounded, at work, under the leadership of the department director and head nurse, I can never be late for work or leave early. Correctly implement doctor's orders and various nursing technical operating procedures, and provide basic nursing care. Strictly implement aseptic operation and three checks and seven pairs system. Find problems and solve them promptly. In the work, I can integrate theory with practice. If I encounter problems that I don't understand, I can promptly ask the head nurse and senior teachers for advice, and strive to improve my professional level. Treat patients with civilized and courteous services, be courteous in manners, and be considerate of patients' needs and concerns. In addition to completing routine basic nursing care, she has also mastered specialist knowledge and various nursing operations. She often goes to the ward to communicate with patients, understand their dynamic psychology in a timely manner, and do a good job in health education.
In terms of study, I strictly demand myself. With a strong pursuit of the goal and knowledge of becoming an outstanding angel in white, I study hard, study diligently, have a correct attitude, and have clear goals. Basically, I have firmly mastered some knowledge. Professional knowledge and skills have been integrated with theory. In addition to the study of professional knowledge, they also pay attention to the expansion of knowledge in all aspects and extensively explore knowledge in other disciplines, thereby improving their own ideological and cultural quality.
My academic performance is not very good, but I have gained a lot in the process of learning. First of all, I corrected my attitude towards learning. Another thing is to know how to apply learning methods while focusing on independent thinking. If you want to learn well, it's not enough to just immerse yourself in hard work. You must learn "methods" and how to do things. As the old saying goes, it is better to teach a man to fish than to teach him to fish. Think diligently about everything you do, and be diligent in asking for advice when you encounter something you don’t understand. When studying, take "independent thinking" as your motto and never forget to be vigilant. With the progress of learning, my mind has also made a qualitative leap, and I can master a new technical knowledge relatively quickly. I think this is very important for the future.
