(1) Yin Fu. The pubic mound is a skin bulge before pubic symphysis, which is rich in subcutaneous fat.
Puberty this part of the skin began to grow pubic hair, the distribution was a triangle under the tip. There are racial and individual differences in the density and color of pubic hair.
(2) labia majora. The labia majora is a pair of longitudinally raised skin folds adjacent to the inside of two strands, starting from the pubic mound and ending at the perineum. The front end of the labia majora on both sides is the terminal point of the ligamentum teres uteri, and the rear end is fused in front of the perineum to form the anterior and posterior commissure of the labia respectively. The outer side of labia majora is the same as the skin, with sebaceous glands and sweat glands inside, and pubic hair grows in adolescence; Its inner skin is as moist as mucous membrane. The subcutaneous fat layer of labia majora is rich in blood vessels, lymphatic vessels and nerves, and it is easy to bleed and form hematoma after injury. Unmarried women naturally close their labia majora; Due to the influence of childbirth, the labia majora is separated to both sides; Because of the low hormone level after menopause, labia majora is atrophied and pubic hair is scarce.
(3) labia minora. The labia minora is a pair of thin folds located inside the labia majora. The surface is moist, brown, hairless and rich in nerve endings, so it is very sensitive. The labia minora on both sides merge at the front end and are divided into two leaves wrapped around the clitoris. The anterior lobe forms the clitoris prepuce, and the posterior lobe forms the clitoris frenum.
The posterior end of the labia minora is connected with the posterior end of the labia majora, and a labial frenum is formed at the midline.
(4) clitoris. The clitoris is located at the junction of the top of two labia minora, which is a cavernous tissue similar to the male penis and has erectile function. It is divided into three parts: the clitoris head located in front, exposed in the vulva, with rich nerve endings and extremely sensitive; The clitoris is in the middle; Followed by two clitoris feet, attached to two clitoris branches.
(5) Vaginal vestibule. Vaginal vestibule is a rhombic area between labia minora on both sides. It has a clitoris in front and a labial frenum in the back. In this area, there is an external urethral orifice in front and a vaginal orifice in the back. There is a shallow fossa between the vaginal opening and the labial frenum, which is a boat-shaped fossa (also called vaginal vestibule fossa). Due to the influence of childbirth, this nest is no longer visible. There are the following parts in this respect.
① Front court ball. Also known as the corpus cavernosum, it is located on both sides of the vestibule and consists of erectile venous plexus. Its front part is connected with clitoris, its back part is adjacent to vestibular gland, and its surface is covered by cavernous muscle of penis.
② Vestibular gland. Also known as papillary gland, located at the back of labia majora, covered by bulbocavernosus muscle, such as soybean, one on the left and one on the right. The glandular duct is slender (1 ~ 2 cm) and opens inward in the sulcus between the labia minora and the hymen. When you are sexually excited, you secrete mucus and play a lubricating role.
You can't touch this gland under normal circumstances. If a cyst or abscess is formed due to the occlusion of the glandular orifice, it can be seen or felt.
③ urethral orifice. The urethral orifice is located in front of the vestibule under the clitoris head and is slightly round.
There are a pair of juxtaposed glands on the posterior wall called paraurethral glands, and their secretions have the function of lubricating the urethral orifice. This gland often harbors bacteria.
④ Vaginal opening and hymen. The vaginal orifice is located in the posterior vestibule behind the urethral orifice. Its periphery is covered with a thin mucous membrane called hymen. Both sides of the membrane are covered by squamous epithelium, which contains connective tissue, blood vessels and nerve endings. There is a hole, mostly in the middle. The shape and size of the holes and the thickness of the membrane vary from person to person. Hymen can be broken during the first sexual intercourse or strenuous exercise, and further broken during childbirth, leaving only traces of hymen after childbirth.
