The surgeon's personal summary essay
Doctors are professionals who master medical and health knowledge and engage in disease prevention and treatment. The following is my personal summary essay on surgeons, welcome to learn from it!

The surgeon's personal summary model

As a surgeon, my duty is to "try my best to get rid of human diseases, help improve health and safeguard the sanctity of medical skills." However, my strong sense of social responsibility and conscious professionalism still prompted me to devote myself to the medical cause and provide medical care for the people. "

First, study hard and constantly improve the level and quality of political theory.

Politically, we always adhere to the Party's line, principles and policies, earnestly study Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought and Deng Xiaoping Theory, learn all kinds of scientific theoretical knowledge, learn all kinds of laws, regulations and Party policies, understand the spirit of major conferences at higher levels, and organize various political study and education activities. At the same time, through studying the relevant national medical and health policies, medical and health theories and technologies, I encountered problems in my work.

Second, fulfill their duties and attach importance to their own moral cultivation.

When I entered Holy Medical University in 19, I solemnly swore at the student meeting: "I volunteer to devote myself to medicine, to the development of medical and health undertakings, and to strive for the physical and mental health of mankind for life." Today, I still keep it in mind and continue to work hard. Doctors should not only have a responsible spirit, but also have the idea of serving the people wholeheartedly, and should also have all the qualities of serving patients. The four most difficult operations in this operation since I started working. The day before the operation, the patients' families were worried that the surgeons might be irresponsible if they didn't have acquaintances. This was the professional ethics of doctors, but as surgeons, they knew better that the heavy weight entrusted the patients with respect for doctors, which was also a virtue that doctors had always advocated. Only by doing this can we live up to the white coat we wear and be worthy of "angels in white"

Third, develop a rigorous, meticulous and hard-working work style.

At work, I deeply understand the qualities that a qualified doctor should possess. To be a good doctor, I must first have a high sense of responsibility, and I hope it can become a reality through hard work. Especially for our surgical patients, I have a deep understanding. We should communicate with patients more before operation, and know and understand the work of our doctors for some routine complications after operation. I can also put an end to a large part of medical disputes. After treatment, the tumor wound needs further control. However, in this case, the failure rate of surgery is very high, because the surgical trauma is great. Unfortunately, the patient finally gave up treatment for economic reasons and tumor recurrence. Before leaving the hospital, he was grateful to me. It will make me sigh, "onset, you may think it is only 1% or 1‰, but for specific patients and their families, it is definitely 100%."

Fourth, study hard, practice hard and constantly improve professional skills.

Since my work, I have deeply realized that a qualified surgeon should not only have the above qualities, but also have rich theoretical knowledge and academic lectures, strive to improve his professional level, constantly strengthen his business theory study, guide his business work by studying and reading subscribed business magazines, so that he can master diagnosis and treatment, master complications and their handling, and be proficient in diagnosis and treatment. Attach importance to clinical scientific research work, actively participate in various scientific research work in departments and achieve relevant results. At present, there are related topics, which can strengthen training and lectures to further improve basic theoretical knowledge.

In the past few years, I have made some achievements, but there is still a certain gap between myself and the organization. Medicine is a reality.

There is a big difference in speed and degree? Diligence is of course necessary, so think hard and study hard. Especially the cultivation and expectation of my new work unit. I hope that when I look back on my work in the future, I will not regret it because of mediocrity and will not waste 20 years. Looking back on this year, I have made great progress, but there are also many shortcomings, which are summarized as follows:

Over the past year, I have persisted in studying Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents seriously, and thought in practical work: "I know that to be a qualified producer of Communist party member, we must establish firm beliefs in socialism and productism, always maintain political integrity, and firmly stand in the forefront of reform, opening up and modernization." I never dare to be lax and careless. I always insist on starting from small things, striving for early joining the party with practical actions and doing practical things for the party's cause. I deeply realize the qualities and conditions that a qualified doctor should have. Strive to improve their business level, constantly strengthen the industry to expand their horizons and expand their knowledge. I have been able to complete the diagnosis and treatment process independently, and can deal with related complications, as well as from the patient's visit, hospitalization to discharge. In the past year, I have made some achievements, but there is still a certain gap from the requirements of the organization. First, I need to further improve my quality, especially to do a good job in the field, do my best in ordinary jobs, do my best, and live up to the expectations of the organization.

The surgeon's personal summary model

After 20 years' busyness, in the past year, under the correct leadership of the Party Committee and Dean of our hospital and the joint efforts of all colleagues in the department, the general surgery department has basically completed all the tasks of our hospital, and its net income ranks among the best (first place) in our hospital. There were no major medical accidents this year, and many tasks were well received by the hospital. Comrades have the courage to shoulder heavy burdens, struggle hard and innovate in their work, and have made some achievements in medical care, scientific research and teaching, but there are also some shortcomings. Here, we want to sum up our work in the past year so as to do better in the future. Please correct me, Party Committee and comrades.

First, political and ideological aspects.

Adhere to the leadership of the * * * production party, adhere to the socialist road, seriously study the important theories of Deng Xiaoping Theory, Theory of Three Represents and Scientific Outlook on Development, and further improve the political and ideological level. In the work, always adhere to the patient as the center, quality as the core, treat patients as relatives, and serve patients wholeheartedly. Establish the concept of practicing medicine in good faith and taking patients as the center, all general practitioners consciously resist unhealthy trends, conscientiously implement democratic centralism, hold scientific affairs meetings on time, and strengthen employees' democratic participation in department management. The main work is as follows.

1, effectively solve the problem of expensive medical treatment: it is the responsibility and obligation of every doctor to reduce medical expenses, reduce the economic burden of patients and use drugs rationally. By strengthening the management of departments, the proportion of drugs decreased obviously, which had a great impact in our hospital, which really benefited patients and reduced their economic burden.

2. Strengthen the service concept of patient-centered and quality-centered: To do this, we must work hard to improve the level of medical technology and service attitude, work sincerely and earnestly, exchange ideas carefully and patiently, make friends with patients, and make positive publicity for us with patients' mouths. Take patient information feedback system, timely

Communicate with discharged patients, so that the number of patients coming here will gradually increase. In the current increasingly fierce competition in the medical market, it is necessary to strengthen situational education for department members, enhance employees' awareness of crisis, competition and responsibility, and establish a new concept of facing the society, patients, actively looking for markets and patients. Put all the patient-centered ideas through the whole process of all the work in the department. Stimulate the positive spirit of department members and enhance the cohesion of the department. Cultivate the spirit of departments and establish the overall image of medical workers, that is, the image of angels in white with first-class service, exquisite technology, dedication and civilized service.

3. Rational drug use, reasonable fees, and effectively reduce the economic burden of patients: Rational drug use is not only manifested in symptomatic drug use, but also in rational drug use. We should not only strengthen the study of all kinds of knowledge about drugs, especially the study of side effects, but also communicate with pharmaceutical experts frequently to truly use drugs rationally. Under the premise of not affecting the treatment effect of patients, careful calculation and obtaining the best medical service at the least cost are also the direction of our surgical efforts. Strictly implement the one-day settlement system, patiently and meticulously explain the problems raised by patients, so that patients can clearly see the doctor and clearly spend money.

5. In the form of all branches, strengthen the management of departments, manage departments with various systems, and strengthen the implementation of the three-level rounds system and specialized treatment. The implementation of all the systems has been recorded and has been well received by hospital leaders.

Second, the commercial aspect.

There are many emergency operations and quick turnover. The utilization rate of hospital beds is 10%, which is slightly higher than last year. Compared with last year, the number of discharged patients is higher than last year. Investigate its reason, cannot leave everybody's Qi Xin to work together. Business income has increased compared with last year, and gross income ranks second in the hospital (RMB this year, RMB last year, an increase of% over last year). Average hospitalization days 10.55 days, basically completing all the indicators issued by the hospital. Actively carry out business learning, and the pass rate of the three basic training assessment reaches 100%. Departments and teams strengthen the management of medical quality, so that the coincidence rate of admission and discharge, the coincidence rate of diagnosis before and after operation, the rate of Grade A medical records and the qualified rate of basic nursing are all indicators issued by the hospital. Put an end to the occurrence of medical accidents, the incidence rate is 0. Actively carry out quality and cost control of single diseases. Actively develop new technologies and new businesses: new technologies and new businesses are the source of departmental development and the foundation of departmental survival. For example, the application of laparoscopy in general surgery has made great progress. Laparoscopic surgery has been successfully carried out and achieved good results, which has been well received by the majority of patients. On the basis of routine treatment, we actively explore cosmetic surgery that is more conducive to patients' acceptance and get unanimous praise from patients. Such as hernia surgery in children, small incision and intradermal suture are used.

Third, the attendance rate

Over the past year, most comrades in general practice have been able to participate full-time or even work overtime. When there are acute and severe patients, they can always appear beside them and actively cooperate with the health planning and anti-influenza work of the Health Bureau.

Fourth, shortcomings.

1, poor implementation of rules and regulations: the performance is that the three-level ward round system has not been fully implemented; Discussion system of major surgical cases; Handover system;

2. Decrease in the number of patients: ① The new rural medical system led to a large number of patients staying in township hospitals, and the surrounding hospitals were cut off. (2) insufficient self-promotion. ③ Lack of extensive contact with superior hospitals. ④ Dongfang Hospital has obtained the qualifications of agricultural insurance and medical insurance, and has taken away some patients.

In short, achievements belong to the past and the future belongs to oneself. Only by bold innovation can we achieve greater success. Development is the last word and the first priority. As long as we emancipate our minds, strengthen our confidence, keep pace with the times and make bold innovations, we will certainly achieve better results.

20-year work plan

Looking forward to the next 20 years, we are full of hope and expectation. For our hospital and surgery, this is still a crucial year, which needs stability, consolidation, development and growth. We feel some pressure and difficulties, but we are full of enthusiasm and confidence. Specific to surgery, we believe that the following work needs further strengthening and efforts:

(1) Further strengthen management awareness. The specific measures are to further reduce the proportion of drug costs, expand the scope of services, and benefit from services, new technologies and medical care. Surgery is an important clinical department and a high-risk battlefield. We earnestly hope that under the care, support and guidance of hospital leaders and brother departments, surgery can move into a new building next year and work on the next floor.

(2) Strengthen the traffic police, public security and insurance departments. When the staff of relevant departments come to our department for investigation and coordination, they should be enthusiastic, patient and considerate.

(3) Strengthen the internal management of departments and communicate with patients' families in time. For traffic trauma patients, communicate with the police and medical liaison team members in our hospital in time, actively look for the families of patients with "three noes" and do their best to prevent patients from leaving the hospital without authorization and causing arrears.

(4) Further strengthen the relationship with the marketing department of our hospital and improve its social influence. Negotiate with hospital leaders, appropriately reduce the cost of social patients during hospitalization, strive to expand the source of patients, and improve the influence of surgery in the whole society.

(5) Further improve the service process. After a new patient is admitted to the hospital, the department will inform the patient or his family members of the names and contact numbers of the doctor in charge, the nurse in charge, the director of the department and the head nurse in the form of business cards for communication.

(6) Strengthen humanistic care, ensure medical safety and improve patient satisfaction. Doctors and nurses are required to sit in offices less, go into wards more, and ask opinions and demands of patients and their families more, so as to nip possible disputes in the bud. Internally, we propose to have the risk awareness of "being ready to go to court with every patient at any time", implement the medical safety awareness from beginning to end, and implement the medical rules and regulations in every link.

(seven) to strengthen the learning atmosphere, improve the level of business. The professional quality and service consciousness of the staff in this department need to be further strengthened. There is no end to learning and no end to service. The key is to work hard with your heart and true feelings, and do everything under your feet and every link of everything. Encourage every employee to continue their studies. If the hospital and department conditions permit, it is suggested to send people with good basic quality to the higher hospital for further study in a planned and step-by-step manner.

(8) Pay attention to professionalism and improve efficiency. There are many critically ill patients in our department, and there is no rhythm in our work. We often work overtime. The staff in our department often have to do the work of two people by themselves. They never rest on holidays and usually work overtime countless times. But we understand the difficulties of hospital leaders and have never told them that they are tired or want to be paid. In order to develop the department well and improve the enthusiasm of employees, I hope the leaders of the hospital will give support and encouragement from the staffing and distribution system.

(9) Strengthen academic research and enhance the image of the hospital.

In a word, the surgery in our hospital is still in the growth stage. The diligent, honest, active and fearless hospital leaders set an example for us to learn and provided us with a good development environment. We must live up to the expectations of the leaders, devote ourselves to the work with great enthusiasm and confidence, and make contributions to the development of the hospital within our capacity!

Surgeon's Personal Summary Fan Wensan

I have worked hard and studied hard under the correct leadership of leaders and teachers at all levels in the hospital since I entered the hospital for 20 years. Through these five years of work and study, I have made some progress in thinking, work and study, and learned a lot. I have exercised myself in all aspects, but sometimes I feel very hooligan. Specifically from the following aspects:

First, arm yourself with the Party's theory, constantly improve yourself ideologically, closely focus on the positive and correct leadership of the hospital, adhere to scientific development, build a harmonious doctor-patient relationship, and always strive to be an excellent party member.

Under the leadership of the General Party Branch, I continued to study the Party's basic theories, principles and policies. As a party member, I am strict with myself and actively participate in various theoretical studies and discussions organized by the party group. At the same time, as the leader of the party group, I seriously organize my team members to participate in organizational activities and make records. I have carefully studied Scientific Outlook on Development's series theory, further corrected the service concept, further enhanced the service consciousness, further improved the service attitude, created a warm and harmonious doctor-patient relationship of mutual trust, mutual respect, mutual understanding and mutual help, carried out my own ideological and moral construction, strictly demanded myself with the "eight prohibitions", constantly checked myself, and continued to take the "eight honors and eight disgraces" as the guiding ideology. Under the correct leadership of hospital leaders and the wise leadership of department directors,

Second, abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital, study hard, and achieve the goals set by the hospital and yourself.

Under the guidance of the director and teachers, actively participate in the diagnosis and treatment of patients in the department. In all kinds of surgical operations, I strictly follow the medical routine, be careful and never violate the rules. Through my own efforts and the careful teaching of department directors and teachers, I have mastered the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases, frequently-occurring diseases and some rare diseases in urology, the emergency treatment during operation and the perioperative treatment plan. At work, I strictly abide by the rules and regulations of the hospital. I never miss work, but I often work overtime and never have public holidays. Regardless of personal gains and losses, he refused the patient's money and goods, which was praised by the patient many times.

Third, continue to strengthen learning and enrich and cultivate yourself in various ways.

As soon as I started working, I knew my shortcomings. To this end, on the one hand, I review university books, on the other hand, I learn and draw lessons from medical knowledge in other ways: I actively participate in various academic activities organized inside and outside the hospital, and constantly absorb new medical knowledge and progress; During work and study, actively participate in the business study of the department, discuss and speak, and put forward their own opinions; Participated in the "three basics" exam organized by the department and passed smoothly. At the same time, I studied urological endoscopic surgery in the urology department of the hospital, and mastered the surgical operations such as nephroscope, ureteroscope and transurethral resection of prostate, which were successfully carried out after returning to the hospital. I went to surgery this year to study general urology. Through continuous study, the theoretical level has been improved, the knowledge structure has been improved, the clinical experience has been enriched, the legal awareness has been enhanced, and the horizons have been broadened.

Fourth, work hard, make contributions, and strive to report to the hospital with new achievements.

As a medical worker, I learn from the enthusiasm and earnest attitude of my colleagues in higher hospitals, start from myself, strive to improve my professional level, take the "three basics" and "three strictness" as the guidelines, strengthen the study of laws and regulations, strictly control various charging items, use qualified drugs and issue medical certificates, avoid unreasonable medical waste, improve the communication system between doctors and patients, and sign various medical documents timely and accurately. Write medical records carefully, so that the rate of first-class medical records reaches above 90%, fill in various medical reports carefully, strive to reduce the bed rest time of patients and the proportion of medicines, strive to serve every patient well, and strive to be an excellent medical staff. At the same time, efforts should be made to achieve the following four breakthroughs: first, social benefits should be given priority, patients should be the center, and new breakthroughs should be made in the degree of public welfare; The second is to improve the doctor-patient communication system and promote the overall effect of doctor-patient communication to make new breakthroughs; The third is to provide quality medical services, and patients' satisfaction with medical services in medical institutions has made new breakthroughs; The fourth is to improve the medical notification system and make new breakthroughs in enhancing the trust between doctors and patients. Through work and study, I have further enhanced my overall awareness, insisted on doing a good job of "starting with me for people's health" and built a harmonious doctor-patient relationship. I try my best to give every patient's medical staff the care they deserve, reassure patients with superb medical service technology, patiently solve the difficulties that can be solved within my authority for each patient and their families, and strive to create a warm medical environment for patients and their families, so that hospitals and patients can rest assured and continue to work and study. Of course, I still have some shortcomings in my work and study. I will learn from leaders, teachers and colleagues in my future work, pay attention to details, correct and improve them, and strive to achieve better results in my future work and study and become a good employee in the eyes of hospital leaders.

The surgeon's personal summary model

As a surgeon, my duty is to "try my best to get rid of human diseases, help improve health, safeguard the sanctity and honor of medical skills, and heal the wounded and rescue the dying". "Compendium of Materia Medica": "The doctor is in power, and the gentleman should use it to make a living and push it to help the world, so it is called benevolence." Therefore, although the social status of doctors is not high in a long historical period, especially for our medical workers engaged in grass-roots work, my strong sense of social responsibility and conscious professionalism still urge me to devote myself to the medical cause and contribute my life energy to the people's medical care. Since I joined the practical work, I have many thoughts and feelings about my work. Here I will make a simple statement on my political thoughts, moral cultivation, work style and medical technology in recent years:

First, study hard and constantly improve the level and quality of political theory.

Politically, we should always adhere to the Party's line, principles and policies, seriously study Marxism–Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Jiang Zemin's comrade Theory of Three Represents, study Hu Jintao's report at the 17th Party Congress, deeply understand the spirit of Comrade Hu Jintao's speech, and take it as our ideological program and action guide. Make full use of television, computers, newspapers and magazines and other media to pay attention to the situation at home and abroad, learn all kinds of scientific theoretical knowledge, laws and regulations and the party's policies, understand the spirit of major meetings at higher levels, always keep in line with the party and leaders politically and ideologically, ensure that they do not deviate from the right track in practical work, always adhere to the leading ideology of serving the people wholeheartedly, persist in making progress in reform and development, constantly improve the level of political theory, and actively participate. At the same time, by seriously studying the relevant national medical and health policies, medical and health theories and skills, we will constantly arm our minds. Always bear in mind the purpose of serving the people, clarify your responsibilities, and try to guide practice with theory according to the actual situation in work and objective facts, constantly sum up experiences and lessons in practice, and solve problems encountered in work in combination with your own work.

Second, fulfill their duties and attach importance to their own moral cultivation.

/kloc-when I entered the holy doctor in 0/9, I solemnly swore at the student meeting: "I volunteer to devote myself to medicine, love the motherland, be loyal to the people, abide by medical ethics, respect teachers, study hard, be tireless, strive for perfection and develop in an all-round way." I am determined to do my best to eliminate human diseases, help improve health, safeguard the sanctity and honor of medical skills, save lives, and work tirelessly and persistently. The medical education network collects and sorts out the struggle course of the development of medical and health undertakings in the motherland and the lifelong physical and mental health of mankind. "Today, I still keep it in mind and continue to work hard. Doctors are benevolent, and there is no virtue. Great doctors have souls, and they are endless. Medical ethics is one of the important contents of doctors' ideological cultivation. The ancients called "medicine is benevolence", and benevolence is also, which means that medicine is a life-saving skill for the living. To be a veritable doctor, you should not only have the spirit of being highly responsible for patients, but also have the idea of serving the people wholeheartedly, and you should also have all the qualities of serving patients. I have never received a red envelope or a drug rebate since I worked. Red envelopes and drug rebates have been rejected many times this year. I clearly remember that I treated a female patient who needed to be hospitalized this month. This kind of operation requires combined organ resection, which is difficult and has many complications. It belongs to the four most difficult operations. The day before the operation, the patient's family members were worried that the surgeon who had no acquaintance might be irresponsible and worried about the sequelae caused by the unsuccessful operation, and insisted on giving me a red envelope. I refused repeatedly at that time to no avail. In order to dispel the patient's worries, I temporarily accepted the red envelope and gave it to the head nurse for safekeeping, and instructed the head nurse to return it to the patient after the operation. Rejecting red envelopes is not only a hospital regulation, but also a doctor's professional ethics. But as a surgeon, he knows better that the heavy weight entrusts patients with respect for doctors and trust in life. The second day after operation, when the head nurse returned the red envelope to the patient, the patient and his family were deeply moved. They said, I didn't expect to meet a doctor with good skills and good medical ethics! Treating diseases without pay, regardless of personal gains and losses, and focusing on saving people's suffering are virtues that doctors have always advocated. Only by doing this can we live up to the white coats we wear and be worthy of the title of "angels in white".

Third, develop a rigorous, meticulous and hard-working work style.

At work, I deeply understand the qualities that a qualified doctor should possess. To be a good doctor, we must first have a high sense of responsibility and a serious work style, and at the same time have a high degree of sympathy for patients. We should love and care for your patients and think of them at any time and place. We should not say "you can't do it" to any patient who is difficult or dying, but should first help them build up confidence in overcoming the disease and hope to make it a reality through hard work. Especially for our surgical patients, I have a deep understanding. Before the operation, I should communicate with the patients, ask them about their illness in detail, explain their doubts about the disease in detail, and even understand their family affairs such as family environment and economic difficulties. Before and after the operation, I want to check their condition changes and deal with them in time. In this way, you will win the trust of patients under the care of your family, let patients and their families know and understand our doctors' work on some routine complications after operation, and also prevent a large part of medical disputes. I remember I had a patient with terminal cancer. At the time of admission, the tumor had infiltrated into the sacrum and coccyx, with a lot of pus and stench. This condition is a worldwide problem, but I insist on dressing him every day for debridement. After more than half a month of careful treatment, the tumor wound needs further control. However, in this case, the failure rate of surgery is very high. Because of the large surgical wound, the radical resection of the tumor needs to remove enough tissue, but the skin graft needs to be preserved to succeed. I remember the patient's words at that time, "Doctor, do it boldly, I believe you." God disposes, even if it fails, I don't blame you. Then the operation was successful. Unfortunately, due to economic reasons and tumor recurrence, the patient finally gave up treatment. Before leaving the hospital, he was grateful to me. Every time I think of this, I will sigh that "there are still many difficulties to overcome in modern medicine." In addition, there should always be a feeling of "walking on thin ice" at work. Personally, this is a sense of responsibility to face the most precious life of patients. When we have an operation and an accident or surgical complication occurs, you may think that this is only 1% or 1‰, but it is definitely 65438 for specific patients and their families. Only by maintaining a good work style can we share weal and woe: "Doctors are bitter, but patients are willing to come".

Fourth, study hard, practice hard and constantly improve professional skills.

Since my work, I have deeply realized that a qualified surgeon has not only the above qualities, but also rich theoretical knowledge and superb professional skills are prerequisites for becoming an excellent surgeon. Appointed by the hospital leaders in, he studied in and studied under the director with excellent results. I actively participate in academic conferences and training courses organized at home and abroad and at the provincial and local levels, listen to academic lectures by famous experts and scholars, strive to improve my professional level, and constantly strengthen business theory learning. I also learned about related health knowledge by reading subscribed business magazines and books, and immediately wrote down relevant reading notes, enriching my theoretical knowledge. By constantly learning new medical knowledge and new progress in medical technology and related disciplines, we have broadened our horizons and expanded our knowledge. Always adhere to the new theory and technology to guide business work, and be proficient in diagnosis and treatment, complications and their treatment, diagnosis and treatment. At work, I strictly implement various work systems, diagnosis and treatment routines and operating procedures, and treat every patient meticulously. In recent years, misdiagnosis, mistreatment and mistakes have never occurred in the process of diagnosis and treatment, and the work achievements have been affirmed by patients, hospital leaders and colleagues.

Attach importance to clinical scientific research work, actively participate in various scientific research work in departments and achieve relevant results. At present, there are still related topics, which can adhere to the integration of theory with practice, summarize clinical data and actively write papers. There are several papers to be published at present. At the same time, we should conscientiously complete the teaching work of interns and doctors studying in other colleges, set an example, actively guide the doctors at the next level to complete their study and diagnosis, and be responsible for teaching the "three basics" training and lectures to further improve the basic theoretical knowledge.

In the past few years, I have made some achievements, but there is still a certain gap between myself and the organization. Medicine is a highly practical science, and it is very important to actively participate in clinical practice. Practice first, all the ability to solve practical problems can only be obtained from practice. Both cleverness and talent are manifested in the ability to solve practical problems, but why are the speed and degree of collection and growth of medical education networks quite different under the same practical opportunities? Diligence is of course necessary, so think hard and study hard. Especially in new jobs, we should pay attention to enhancing the ability to coordinate work and life, learn from our brothers and colleagues with an open mind, enhance our knowledge, work hard, constantly improve our own quality, do all our work more solidly, do our best in an ordinary job, do our job well, and live up to the training and expectations of the organization. I hope that when I look back on my work in the future, I won't regret it because of mediocrity, and I won't be ashamed of wasting time.
