According to the standard of GBT16180-2014 "Occupational Injury Disability Grade of Employees in Labor Ability Appraisal"

After the injury, if each toe joint has no dysfunction or only one toe has dysfunction, the disability level will not be assessed;

If one toe is missing, it belongs to level 10 disability;

If there are 2 toes missing or 2-3 toe joint dysfunction, it belongs to grade 9 disability;

If there are 3 toes missing or 4 toes joint dysfunction, it belongs to level 8 disability.

All of the above are in consideration of the good condition of the big toe.

Actually, the appraisal conclusion of the labor ability appraisal committee shall prevail.
