Routine preoperative examination and B-ultrasound examination were performed before operation to better understand the injection site of polyacrylamide hydrogel and its relationship with surrounding tissues. Generally, the operation should be performed under general anesthesia, and the incision should be designed along the areola and separated alternately to the lower pole of the breast, so as to protect the breast tissue as much as possible. Pull the lower pole of the breast forward into the cavity where polyacrylamide hydrogel exists, take out the polyacrylamide hydrogel from the capsule cavity with a special curette, and wash the capsule cavity repeatedly and thoroughly with a large amount of physiological saline to remove the denatured tissue containing polyacrylamide hydrogel found during the operation. On the premise of ensuring local morphology and function, the polyacrylamide hydrogel in the tissue should be removed as much as possible until there is no polyacrylamide hydrogel component in the irrigation solution, drainage should be placed in the cavity, and the operating area should be bandaged under pressure. After adopting this method, most of the polyacrylamide hydrogel can be taken out, so as to minimize its harm to the body.
