1. Material preparation: select suitable steel plate material and carry out pretreatment such as cutting and planing.

2. Bending forming: put the cut steel plate into a bending machine or a roller press, and bend the steel plate into the required zigzag bracket shape by applying pressure.

3. Welding: locate the bent steel plate, and weld the joint with a welding machine or a manual welding tool to fix the shape.

4. Reinforcement: Where the support needs to be strengthened, the zigzag bracket of the car body will be reinforced with reinforcing plates or ribs to improve the strength and stability of the structure.

5. Surface treatment: the car body forming bracket is polished, derusted, sprayed and other surface treatments to improve its appearance and antirust performance.
