If it is a grafted seedling, the branches and vines growing from the roots are the branches of the rootstock and need to be grafted again to become fresh food species.
If it is a self-rooted seedling, it will grow too fast because of sufficient water, and it will not be able to form flower buds and produce secondary fruits. It can only be used to cultivate main vines, reshape them quickly, accumulate nutrients, and lay the foundation for next year's results.
