In February, 2006, a patient with seven-segment and seventeen-segment amputation of one hand was divided into four groups: 2 1 hour. The replantation was successful, and all fingers survived after operation. This kind of case is extremely rare, the injury is complicated, and the technical difficulty is very great. A little carelessness, as long as one anastomosis is blocked, will lead to necrosis of the whole finger. The success of this case shows the strong technical strength of our hospital. After literature retrieval, the first case in the world with the largest number of knots and complete survival after operation was counted. Replantation of broken arm of baby in September
It is extremely rare for a baby to have a broken arm. In March 2007, our hospital accepted a case that a 9-month-old baby's left upper arm was cut off by a chainsaw, but the medical staff found that it was only a thousand miles away, and the customer service was very difficult. The operation lasted for 5 hours and the baby's broken arm was successfully replanted. According to literature retrieval, this case belongs to the youngest patient in China.
Foster care and replantation of severed arms
On July 20 10, a 9-year-old girl with left upper arm injury was admitted to our hospital. Creative application of foster replantation, reconstruction and repair technology, using the skin flap, blood vessels and nerves of the right calf to "foster" the broken left hand at the ankle of the right leg. Muscle provided nutrition for the affected limb, and the second-stage replantation of the left arm was successful. It pioneered international reconstruction and replantation of severed limbs.
Give birth to a broken arm
From June 5th, 2006 to June 20th, 2006 10, a patient (39 weeks pregnant) with multiple amputations of his right forearm was admitted to our hospital. During the replantation of severed limbs, the patient showed signs of delivery. We reasonably applied anticoagulation and hemostasis technology, and our colleagues completed replantation of amputated limbs and caesarean section, which pioneered the international technology of stump repair and baby delivery at the same stage.
