Let's share the practice of pearls first.
material
Cassava flour100g, water100g and brown sugar 20g.
step
1. Pearl part, after boiling water, pour in brown sugar, stir well, pour in cassava powder in several times, and knead into dough. It should be noted that cassava flour should be added to the water bit by bit, while stirring.
2. Knead the dough into small pearls like glutinous rice balls, then put them on a plate together with cassava flour, shake the plate a few times, so that all the pearl balls are covered with cassava flour, and screen out the excess cassava flour, so that the pearls will not stick together. If you cook too much at one time, you can freeze some.
3. Boil the water. After the water boils, pour in the pearl balls and cook for about 20 minutes on medium heat. Remember to stir several times in the middle to prevent the pan from sticking. Then turn off the heat and simmer for 20 minutes. At this time, the pearls are almost crystal clear, then they are fished out and soaked in cold boiled water for a while, and then fished out and drained for use.
