The maximum dose is 100mg once, 4 times a day. If symptoms do not improve within 45 days, the medication should be discontinued.

2. Prevention of malignant hyperthermia: 4-8mg/kg per day, taken in 3-4 times, 1-2 days before surgery. The last dose should be given 3-4 hours before surgery, and the amount of water consumed should be reduced as much as possible.

3. To prevent the recurrence of malignant hyperthermia: 1-2mg/kg once, 4 times a day, for 1-3 days. Intravenous malignant hyperthermia: Minimum initial dose is 1 mg/kg. If symptoms do not improve or relapse, the above dose should be repeated, and the cumulative dose can reach 10 mg/kg. When symptoms improve, the cumulative dose is usually 2.5 mg/kg.

Intravenous infusion to prevent malignant hyperthermia: 2.5 mg/kg of this drug is given 75 minutes before anesthesia, and the infusion time is about 1 hour. Additional this drug may be needed during the operation.
