Chipmunks, chipmunks belong to rodents, squirrels, and are close relatives of gray squirrels, but they are much smaller than squirrels. They all weigh around 100g and have an average life span of 5~ 10 years, belonging to diurnal animals. Chipmunks like carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes, spinach, Chinese cabbage, tomatoes, cucumbers and so on. For chipmunks, the fruit of Korean pine is too big, so we must study it carefully to find out the weakness of pine cone. After eating and drinking, chipmunks like to rub turpentine stuck to their mouths on moss. Northeast Asia, Korea and Hokkaido, Japan are the main producing areas of chipmunks.
