Chen Tieying, female, born in 1948, is from Changzhao, Hunan, deputy chief physician, and director of the Quality Assurance Department of Guiyang County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Member of Hunan Provincial Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pediatrics. Graduated from the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Hunan College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 1976, and was assigned to Linxiang County People's Hospital, Hunan, where he served as a traditional Chinese medicine physician in the outpatient department and inpatient department. In 1980, he was transferred to Guiyang County, Hunan Province, and successively served as a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner, director of the outpatient department, director of the Department of Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, and director of the Quality School Department in the suburban health center and the county hospital of traditional Chinese medicine. In 1987, he was promoted to the attending physician of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pediatrics, and in 1997, he was promoted to the deputy chief physician of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pediatrics.
