When Ruan Yuan was the governor of Zhejiang, he was very concerned about people's feelings and farming. He went out to inspect people's feelings from time to time and was familiar with the local mountains and rivers. This poem "Xing Wu's Miscellaneous Poems" was written in the second year of Jiaqing (1797).
